Crystal was still sleeping, having a peaceful dream where she was riding Diamond, who had grown up in her dream, through the clouds. Shadow decided not to go drink blood, he wasn't that hungry, and if Crystal found out she'd be really angry. He just walked around the house, doing nothing pretty much. Once in a while he'd check on Diamond. He didn't seem to hear Kyuu.

Kyuu crept quietly then he ever had before. If he was caught now he was good as dead. With his magic, he could handle several vampires, but it still wasn't easy. He poked his head under doors until, finally, he found Crystal's room. He scrambled under the door and crawled up onto her bed. He stared at her with murderous intent, wondering if she had anything to do with Relen's disappearance.

Crystal didn't feel Kyuu on her at first. Then she felt him, and turned, a little uncomfortable. She turned a few more times, and sat up and looked around. She noticed Kyuu was on her bed. "W-what are you doing here?" She asked, shocked that Kyuu was in her house.

Kyuu glared at her. "Where's Relen?" he demanded, not answering her question. He figured his own question would answer her's well enough. A low growl rose in his throat. She better know. He didn't feel like going after Shadow. Kyuu figured he was the next most likely suspect.

"Relen?" She asked. "But I thought he was with you!" She said. She had thought Relen got back home. "Let me guess, you think I did something to him?" She could tell by the look on Kyuu's face that he was serious.

Kyuu shuffled his wings both out of agitation and nervousness. "Probably!" he spat. "You... you're a..." he paused. Blaming her species wasn't going to solve anything. "Why'd you think he was with me? He never came home and we're rarely together outside the shop."

Crystal frowned. She knew what he would say. "I know i'm a vampire already." She mumbled. "I thought he was with you, because after I left him I thought he went back to the shop." She sighed. "I'll tell you the whole story. "Jack, another vampire, bit Relen and I tried to save him. Ash, my friend, saw me and thought I bit him so she wasn't my friend anymore. After putting pressure on his wounds and stopping the bleeding, Rage woke him up. I talked with Relen, who lost him memory after being bitten, and later we went to the woods to tell Ash that I didn't bite him. We were friends again, then Relen, Ash, and I went back to town, and thats where I left Relen. Then I went to sleep, and now this." She said.

Kyuu's jaw dropped. He didn't know where to start. There were so many things he could yell about. Granted, he had to tell him he couldn't yell. That gave him long enough to think about how to start. "If he lost his memory, what makes you think he knew where he lived?!" he hissed lowly, "Just because he lost his memory, that doesn't mean that scatter-brained attitude changed! He could be anywhere right now!"
