Luke rolled the blanket up so it was like a pillow, his skin feeling like fire where Sarah was touching it. He rested his head on the blanket and closed his eyes with a yawn, falling asleep quickly and snoring softly.

Sarah felt warm and at home, pressed against Luke. She closed her eyes, and whispered, "I love you..." She said it so quietly nobody else could possibly hear. She drifted into a light sleep.

Josh wandered down the street, eyes on the ground as he kicked an empty can. At the moment, he felt as empty as the can did. ______ Sarah blinked awake slightly, looking at Luke's arm. She smiled, intertwining her finger in his. She stared at their hands in wonder, curious as to what his skin felt like.

His face was covered in a black mask. "Hands up!" he snarled. But Josh ignored him, indigo eyes blazing. "Make me." The man smirked, pulling the trigger. The gun fired, and Josh stumbled backwards in surprise, disappearing into thin shadows. The man looked around, and then left. Josh fell back out of the shadows, hand clamped to himself. Blood seeped through his fingers.

Luke woke up, thirsty boyond belief. He could feel Sarah beside him, but couldnt remember falling aslep, "what the hell?" he whispered to himself.((this is stuff i do, wake up at midnight, thirsty and totaly clueless as to where I am xD)) He got out of bed, trying not yo wake Sarah. He walked slowly toward the kitchen, grabbing a gl*censored* and filling it with water.
