Luke shrugged, "maybe. But I dont think you could if you tried!" hE teased, walking beside Sarah.

"You're right," Sarah teased back, squeazing his hand lightly. "I'd need a tow truck for that."

Josh looked at her, a wry smile forming on his lips. "You can tag along; just to make sure I don't die though. God forbid you come for any other reason." He rolled his eyes, managing to stand, even though he had to fight off a few curses. "Remind me not to get shot again, okay?" he teased lightly, through the sharp, stabbing pain.

Scourge rolled her eyes, "Maybe you shuld buy yourself a bullet proof vest." She joked, "Or learn to dodge bullets, but i'll warn you if some guys pointing a gun at you." she paused, "That's the best i can do."

Josh snorted. "I'll remember that next time I'm about to be shot at." He ran a hand through his ruffled black hair. "Right, so, I can walk. Think I can drive, though?" He chuckled, walking towards the door gingerly.

Charlotte got up from her seat, and walked into the kitchen. "Have something I can nibble on?" she asked the boys quietly, head reeling. "I need something to eat. I always eat when I'm stressed. It's a bad habit."

Josh's eyes got darker, and he stiffened. "My car's at my dad's house." he said in a quiet, serious voice. "In the garage." He stared infront of him for a minute, lost in thoughts and memories of torture and abuse from his father. He shoved it off. "Ugh, I can walk."

Charlotte nodded, pulling out another bowl, spoon, and the milk. Then she put everything together along with the lucky charms. Her eyes were bleak. "Sorry about the dishes," she said modestly. "And I'll buy you another box of Lucky Charms. It's empty." She took a bite of her cereal.

Sarah pretended to make a gagging noise. "No thanks, Luke. Your face is enough skin showing for me. I don't think my stomach can handle much more than that." She grinned, and bumped her hip off of his playfully.

Luke glanced down at Sarah, "told you it wasnt that long of a walk." he reaslised they were still holding hands and wondered what Charolette would say before he realised, he didnt care what she said.

Reverend chuckled, "It's alright, i don't eat them much anyway." He stated, then chuckled once again, "But you and Jacoby are doing the dishes." He added jokingly

Scourge blinked, then nodded slightly, 'Alright." Was all she said.

Sarah nodded, mind elsewhere. She slipped her hand out of his, uncomfortable with the thought of holding hands like a couple in front of Charlotte, Jacoby and Reverend. Not so much Reverend, but Jacoby and Charlotte. Her eyes darkened, and then got light again.

Luke thought about protesting Sarah's letting go of his hand, "what, embarrased to be *censored*ociated as me girlfriend?" he whispered, genuinely offended.

Josh nodded, and looked at the address on his blackberry with confusion. It was all the way across town. He frowned, and texted Sarah back, using a different number than the one he'd gotten it from, which was a computer. "Let's hope she has the same phone..."

Charlotte smirked, twirling her spoon in her cereal in silence. She felt the sudden urge to stab out all the little marshmellows shaped like hearts. But she restrained herself.
