Josh huffed, narrowing his eyes. He didn't even respond to her obviously-right guess that he was thinking mean things. Sarah shrugged, leaning against the wall. Her mind was completely elsewhere. She was busy thinking of Jacob, and her father, and that white field where he and Charlotte would stand in their favourite white dresses and play with the wildlife...

Sarah blinked, and focused on Luke for a minute. "Hey Luke," she said calmly, eyes a little puzzled. "Weren't you saying before...how you can talk to animals?" Charlotte looked directly at Luke for a moment, letting surprize and curiousity overtake her. Somebody else besides her could talk to animals? How interesting. (( LOL. Charlotte's all interested that he can talk to animals, while Sarah's all interested that Jacoby can turn things to gold. o3o; -twitch- Bad, Bad, Bad. ))

Luke laughed, "well, when you live the life I did, as dull as it was, I never had to clean anything for myself." he said with a shrug, "one of the perks of being filthy rich, but, I'd rather live on my own. Thats why I moved out here.....That, and my mother seemed to think just because she lost my twin sister, she lost both her kids and couldnt stand me." he said, half angry, half bored.

ink after Sarah left." she was blunt about it. "So I did a lot of cleaning and stuff, seeing as dad fell sick soon after that." She added, looking straight at her sister. "Then he died. And nobody even came home to bury him with me." Sarah looked away in shame. (( g2g ))
