"Isn't your mom a little childish?" Sarah mumbled under her breath, trying to ignore her sister and her ex-almost-boyfriend. Her eyes were on the ceiling.

Charlotte bit her lip and smiled, eyes on the floor. She stiffled a giggle.

Reverend couldn't help but chuckle once as well.

Jacoby blinked at Sarah for a moment, he kept noticing her look... or more so... half glare at him for whatever reason.

Scourge nodded again, "alright... what's that?" She asked, noticing Josh tap the bottle.

Charlotte smirked, and looked at Reverend and Jacoby again. "So..." She kept her attention far away from Luke; she didn't want to make Sarah think she was trying to steal him or whatever.

Sarah's eyes flickered to Jacoby for a moment. She wanted to ask him some stuff about his ability, but she didn't want to do it in front of Luke. Or Charlotte, for that matter. Besides, some alone time would be nice anyways.

Josh looked up at her. "The only thing that can't be turned to gold," he explained. "I have to put it on the inside of each of her gloves, or she'll just turn the gloves to gold too. Takes a while to make; very expensive too."

Scourge blinked in intrest, "Really?" She half-laughed, "Well i would think it's expensive considering its un-human power proof." She said, half joking. (Half-lol)

Jacoby looked up and caught Sarah glance this time. He wanted to say something, but not to be too rude... 'what?' He mouthed questioningly.

Reverend looked at Charlotte, and he laughed once for no apparent reason, "So..." He repeated.

A smile played on Josh's lips, but it faded. Sweat dripped down the side of his face as he struggled to hide what he was hiding. One, he was close to pas sing out in the middle of the street. And Two, he felt like puking. Or dying; whichever came first.

Sarah caught his word. She mouth back quickly, 'we need to talk'. She quickly looked away, so she didn't catch Luke's attention.

Charlotte smiled at Reverend. "Want to go watch TV, or something? Y'know, seems like Sarah and Luke need some alone time or something."

Perfect. Now all he has to do it lie about going to the washroom or something, Sarah thought. "Ugh, yeah," she mumbled, glancing out of the corner of her eye at Jacoby, giving a slight nod. "That sounds like a good idea."

Reverend shrugged, "Ahh, why not?" he asked, grinning slightly, and ran his fingers quickly through his hair, which was still insanely messy for whatever reason, "I hope there's something entertaining on today though..." He joked.

Scourge glanced at the house numbers, thinking they were getting close, she glanced at Josh, who was looking really nervous, "What's wrong?" She asked quietly.

Jacoby tilted his head slightly to look at the floor, curious as to what Sarah needed to talk to him about.

Josh glanced at her, mouth suddenly dry as a desert. "Nothing," he lied smoothly. "Just feeling, erm, feverish." He looked away again, stopping in front of the house. His indigo eyes traced over the numbers carefully. "Here we are."

He froze, eyes wide for a second. He took exactly three step backwards. "This..." he paled. "I was shot right in front of this house..." But he swallowed, approached the house, and knocked lightly on the door.

Charlotte got up, grinning as she almost always was. "Okay!" she said, clearly glad to get out of the room, and started to leave. but she changed course when she heard a knock at the door. She rushed to go answer it. "GOT IT!"

She wrenched the door open, flushing lightly when she was presented with a pretty hot guy and a girl which was obviously his girlfriend or something. Just the way they looked at each other gave it away. "Can I help you?" she asked kindly, looking at Scourge.

Sarah nodded, and listened in discomfort. She could feel her cheeks grow hot with embaras sment, and at the moment, she kind of wished Josh was here. So she could get her glove and ditch.

Luke took a step toward Sarah, "do you really want to get out of here so fast?" he asked quitly, voice barely above a whisper.

(( I know. xD But it's bothering my brain that Jace isn't there anymore. -is fail- I ALWAYS play two guys two girls. xDDD ))

Sarah looked up at him, a little stunned he was still so willing to talk to her. She bit her lip. "Depends." she said simply.

Josh nodded, smiling a little. "You must be Charlotte," he said. "Sarah's sister. nice to meet you, but I'm running, erm, late." He paused, pain shooting through him momentarily. "Is your sister here? I'm supposed to make her a glove..."

Charlotte perked up. "You must be Josh. I'll go get her!" She spun around, and walked into Reverend. "Sarah's glove is here," she explain. "Be a doll and go get her, Rev." She winked teasingly.

Sarah frowned, "Who's asking."

Reverend blinked in surprise as Charlotte ran into him, and he grinned slightly, "Sure thing." He replied, returning the wink before quickly trotting off to the kitchen, "Hey, uhm, Sarah, someone's here for you..." He pause,d "Something about a glove, i dunno." He stated, shrugging while he chuckled.

Jacoby glanced up at Reverend at the mention of a glove, and he glanced at Sarah's hand, noticing for the first time she didn't have a glove on, (you fail XD)
