Shadow nodded and took off out the entrance of the cave like a lightining bolt,then waited for him outside of the cave entrance.

Thunder smiled and took off toward her. He touched his snout to her cheek and jumped into the air. He started flapping in no real direction and turned to wait.

Shadow followed as she rode on gusts of wind then flapped her wings as soon as the gusts brought her infront of his face.

Thunder smiled at her again and tried to return his attention to flying, but he couldn't. Not with her right next to him... Whenever he looked at her, he got a fuzzy feeling that spread throughout his entire body. He had never felt it before and never wanted it to go away.
The only reason people get lost in thought is because its unfamiliar territory.

Thunder followed Shadow high into the clouds and then leveled out and soared there for a few moments

He just kept flying through the clouds. He had never felt this way before and didn't want it to end. Thunder would be perfectly happy if he could just fly forever with Shadow. He knew they couldn't go on like this forever though, and he slowly started to fly towards the ground. Thunder had spotted a large clearin and thought it looked like a good place to stay for a while with her, "Do you want to sit here?" he asked her. Right now, he only wanted to make her happy...

"Seems like a nice place to rest.",Shadow said as she landed without a sound on the ground in the middle of the clearing. She looked at Thunder with a smile as she felt butterflies in her stomach and said,"Hey,Thunder,I need to tell you something..."

Thunder's heart lurched. Was it possible that she ffelt the same way about him? Could a dragon like that ever like a dragon like him? He llanded next to her. It probably wasn't that anyway... "You can tell me." he said lighly, hoping that he didn't scare her off with being to forward.

Shadow flattened down the row of spines going down her back and looked him in the eyes,"I-I love you...",she said with a nervous smile. She then moved her head to were it looked down at her clawed and let her spines come back up to point at the sky again and waited for his reaction and words.

He stepped forward and put his snout to her cheek, "I love you too, Shadow." Inside his mind was spnning, how could she love him as much as he loved her? He couldn'y find an answer, but he somehow knew that it was true.

"So you truely believe I love you?",Shadow paused,"Because most would think it's unbelievable and a joke.",she added and then lifted her head up again to look at him. This was hard for her to process,because she had never loved anyone like this before and didn't know what it would mean to the other dragon.
