After a bit Kali stood, slinking towards the watering hole to lap up the cool water, his silver eyes focused on his reflection. He looked evil, what with his scars and dark coloration. He sighed and sat down, dipping a paw into the water to disrupt his image on the water's surface.
(By the way, generally only one adult male is allowed into a pride at any given time, so...yeah.)

Sakura watched Tanshi walk away, sighing with exhaustion. She stretched out with a yawn, drifting into a deep sleep. Mama? Where are you taking me? I whimpered, padding to keep up with my mother's pace. "Dear, you know how to hunt, you must live on your own now. But it will be ok." She then nudged me really hard, and I cried out as I rolled down the hill. When I finaly stopped, I looked up to find that my mother had dissapeard. The darkness enveloped me as I cried silently into the dirt.
