Zuru nodded once more to Star... he glanced once more at the ice dragon before his talon's footsteps began to disappear in the ice... he needed to rest and conserve his energy to get back into space.

Saria was confused of the cosmo's precense.  Death was common now on this planet, and seemingly inescapable ((not sure if I spelled that right)).  It was kill or be killed, especially between dark and light.

Saria spread her wings and took off in her death land.  A loud growl erupted from her throat when she saw a fair sized earthen dragon stalking her homeland.  She landed silently next to the creature, a snarl erupting as her talons dug into what was left of the earth.  Her lip curled upward, revealing dangerous teeth, her eyes threatening.  The earth dragon looked up at her and returned a snarl... running at her, willing to attack.  Saria met the stranger half way and pulled it to the ground... shattering several upper bones with the force.  The dragon howled in pain, as Saria jumped upon the larger dragons back... her hind talons digging into the earthen flesh, she scraped down and felt the rib bones, delivering a powerful kick, she smiled as the ribs creaked and broke... the attacker fell to the ground, forcing themselves back up... blood dyed Saria's scales from the wounds of the other dragon.  The earthen dragon attacked once more, this time managing to get Saria on her back, the dragon trying to chomp down on her underbelly.  Saria snarled as she threw the dragon off her, grabbing its back leg and thrashing her head wildly, not stopping until she could taste the bone fragments in her mouth.  She threw the dragon to the ground...and snapped its neck, she smiled as she heard the heartbeat die...the screams of her prey echoed in her ears as opened her jaw and toar away the protecting scales, revealing the fine tissues and muscles... she ate the meat slowly, taking her time as blood dripped from her mouth and talons... she chased away any other that dared try to steal her kill.  Why did this earth dragon stray so far from home?  Are dragons really invading other lands? she thought angrilly, before returning to her meal.

Zuru looked around, seeing a large cave, it seemed empty..."How about there?" he asked

Zuru smiled before heading off in that direction.

Saria licked her lips... the meal satisfied her hunger and she decided some water would do her good.  She took to the skys, leaving the remains of her meal to rot.  She looked for clean water...and landed on the bank.  She sniffed it to make sure it was safe, she lowered her head and took a long drink, the blood washing off her scales, and into the current
