Kohaku knew this was going nowhere. "Fine! I guve up." He snarled. "Do what ever you want! I'm outghta here." He stomped off into an ice cream store. Every time hes get this mad at someone, it helped to cool down with some ice-cream. Calyx giggled, sticking her tongue out at Kohaku. "Thanks," She said to Natsume. "What kind of cafe makes its employees wear cat-ears?" She wondered outloud. "This, I gotta see." She rorated her shoulders.

Akuma smiled, "Sugar loves to dance." He watched the two talk, smirking. "I enjoy dancing." Sugar jumped up against Akuma on her back legs and jumped around with him. Akuma lowered his eyebrows but kept on smiling. He set Sugar down and looked back at Kaori.

Natsume shrugged. "It's not a big deal. We're just nekomimi themed. Apparently, women like it." Natsume had always found it rather strange, but the girls found them to be cute. "And you're welcome. You're brother seems rather protective of you." He noted. "Or just territorial." --- Kaori grinned as she watched Akuma do a little dance with his dog. "Now I want to dance with Akuma." She said, giving Sugar another pat on the head. [derp, I won't do more, since I don't know what kind of song is being played xD] --- Miles watched his friends and the others gather, dancing with their partners. He sighed, getting up to leave. But then he caught the sight of, thankfully, a familiar face by the ice-cream bar. "Hey, Kohaku." Miles called, walking towards his friend. "What brings you here?" He knew that Kohaku wasn't the one to party much. |

Calyx giggled. "Well durr girls are going to like it." She said. "Guys wearing Cat ears and tails? Sure their going to stop by and visit. I find it amusing, and I'm sure other women think so too. And cute." She stretched. "Ehh. territorial is the word." She said. "I hate his guts." Kohaku growled, licking his strawberry ice-cream. "Calyx." He said flatly. "The idiot's out there with a random guy with cat-ears." He pouted.

((Yes Zozo I do find you talking in caps smexy xD)) Akuma smiled and Sugar ran off to sniff people and bother them, like all dogs did if they were playful and fun. Akuma looked back at Kaori and felt awkward, being all quiet and all when mainly people are dancing. ((Shy about first soccer practice, >.<))

[[ Soccer practice? Psh. Sports is nothing compared to my after-school club @.@ Mess up one time and be ridiculed for a very long time. Thank goodness we're on a break. Next meeting is in March. ]] "I've always wondered why they like it. I didn't like the job at first, it was just a way to help my parents. But now, it's grown on me." He touched the cat ears again, this time with a slightly more affectionate way. "I'm sure your brother means good. I've seen him in a few of my cla-sses before. Never bothered to learn his name, though." Natsume looked up at the sky, wondering if he had ever heard it in the first place. --- Miles chuckled. "Calyx? She's a feisty one. Just like Kaori." He sighed. "Dragged me to this party, only to ditch me for someone else. I don't even think he likes me." Miles grumbled, slouching on the bar next to his friend. "And by cat-ears, I'll as-sume you mean Natsume. He's not that bad, I guess. Gotta give that guy some pity ever since..." Miles shrugged and stayed quiet. --- Kaori looked up at the speakers, booming out music. "Well, I think this is a slow dance." She told Akuma, observing all the others. "... How exactly do you slow dance?" She asked, unaware of the awkwardness, giving Akuma a face that was like ':D?' [[ A term should be made up for the ':D?' face ono ]]

Kohaku crossed his arms. "I'll trade Calyx for Kaori any day," He muttered. "She tears up the furniture, slits my tires, puts bleach in my toothpaste-- Must I go on?" He sighed. "And I don't care what his name is! All I know is that he's annoying. And what did he do to earn your pity?" He was chewing on the come part of his ice-cream now. "I can't believe your still going with it," Calyx shrugged. "How could you not mind?" Then she giggled. "I can imagine Kohaku wearing a bunny tail and bunny ears." Her eyes wandered to two girls chatting to eachother in bikinis. She nearly gagged. "Oh gawd, I just imagined Kohaku in a bikini. Not a pretty sight."

"Well, his family is bankrupt. He's wearing those weird ear-things because he works in some café thing. Where were you one year ago? Practically everyone in the school knew it, and he walked by like nothing happened." Miles rolled his eyes. "Sometimes I wish I had an attitude like him. Then I could stand Kaori's incessant yapping like nothing happened." --- "The pay is good." Natsume couldn't help but point out. "Manager's nice, employees aren't... competitive... And our customers are rather civilized. Unlike certain fast-food restaurants. But then again, you do get the odd friends that practically beg for our attention." Natsume smiled. "Kohaku is his name? I don't think he would be accepted for the job. Too... Forceful." Natsume shrugged. --- "Well, thanks, Akuma!" Kaori chirped, gladly taking his offered hands and allowing him to lead.
