Jay shook his head. How could anyone sleep like that?' He thought to himself. Sam had wandered back outside and saw Leita and Jake return. Grinning, he walked up to them. "Take it everything went fine?" Leita blushed slightly. "He knew you like me? Is that why you sent me after him?" |

Jake backed away. "Umm.... I.. I would not live with myself if I would have killed Rukiea... if i would have killed you however, Jay, Rukiea would be very sad and I still would not live with myself......" Jake's eyes began tearing, but he forced the tears back. Rukiea quickly stood up and put her arms around Jay from behind his chair. "He didn't did he? Plus, he's lucky I struggled a little..." Rukiea kissed Jay's head. |

Jay clenched his teeth, still slightly angry. "You're right. He didn't kill anyone." He said tersely. Leita put a hand on Jake's shoulder. "Maybe we should go outside for awhile. Let Jay calm down a bit." |

Jake looked at Leita. "Well, inside, I know Rukeia was more upset about me stabbing Jay, than Jay is..." Jake looked back at the door to the fort. "Jay isn't used to me doing this, I lived with Rukiea, so she's used to it." Rukiea stood up. "Jay, please calm down. I know how mad you are.. and I know Jake doesn't have a very good exvuse for stabbing you." Rukiea sighed and kissed Jay's forehead. "Now, calm down..." |

Jake looked at Leita and tilted his head. "Eh? are you saying....." Jake smiled. Rukiea smiled at Jay. "See.... you never listen to me though..." Rukiea grabbed her dagger and cut the tie she made. Sh ebegan to unravel the blood soaked bandage. "Hey Sam, do you mind getting me some water and another badage wrap?" |

"Knew I should have let with the other two." Sam muttered but did as she asked. "Here ya go." He said, plopping the water down so that some sloshed over the sides. "Whoops. I'll clean that up later." He turned away. "Oh and here are the bandages." He tossed them so that they landed on the table. Leita rolled her eyes. "If you think I'm saying that I hate your guts and wished you a painful death, that would be correct." She laughed. "What do you think I'm saying?" |

Jake laughed. "Heh, just the opposite of that...." Jake smiled and looked at the sky. Now i know how Rukiea must feel, i always ruined relatioships and i never liked anyone like this, but i finally understand now..' Jake laughed for no appearrant reason. Some water got Rukiea's pants. "Be more careful Sam...." Rukiea grabbed the bandages from the table and undid the rest of Jay's bandages. She tossed the old bandage and poured a little water onto Jay's leg so it would clean. |
