Ooc: What is with your charries fainting? XD Bic: "Why didn't you try to catch her?" Sam jumped forward as Rukiea hit the floor. "Well, sorry! I didn't realize she was going to faint!" Leita snapped as she crouched by Rukiea. "What do you think happened?" "Well, she has a lot of scratches so maybe she loss a bit of blood. I really don't know though." |

"Hm, when one faints the other wakes up. Lovely." Sam said sacastically. Ignoring Sam, Leita turned to Jake. "Rukiea came to see what was wrong with you. You just have a fever. Rukeia was about to leave when she fainted." |

Jake struggled to get up but managed to get up. "Ouch... Well, my turn to help her..." He went to the sink, folded a small towel and wet it. "Sam, could you get me some flowers.... Daisy please...." He smiled and placed the towel on her head.

"Uh, sure." Sam replied, somewhat confused and left. "Jake, you should rest. Sam and I can take care of Rukiea." Leita said, placing a hand on his shoulder. Sam walked back in then. "Your daisy, Jake." |

Jake took the daisy and walked back to the sink. "Thank youi, but i can do it..." He squished the daisy and mixed it with some herbs. "Hey, Leita, can you put this into a shot and inject it into Rukiea's arm?" |

"Why would Rukiea need a shot?", Rosalie and Zane asked simaultaniously, Zane coming through the still open door. Rosalie looked down, still upset about Jakes decision. She wanted to quit, to leave. But she had made a silent promise that she wold not go off on her own until the king had been subdued. Until the land was safe. |

"She needs it 'cuz she doesn't pass out like this often and when she does, I have to give her a shot. I'm not sure why, but the doctor we took her too when she passed out the first time said so...." He smiled and looked at Rosalie. The color in his eyes dulled slightly. I know why she's like this, but it had to be done. Leita is the one who caught my attention first.... I'm sorry Rosalie. Jake thought back (about 10 minutes ago) and remembered he had hugged Rosalie one last time. "I see..... I finally get it..... Why, why is it that when you do something to one person, you don't get how it feels until someone does it to you...." He said softly and looked down at Rukiea. I finally get how it feels to have a heart-break and a relationship ended so quickly.... Rosalie.....

Leita bent down to give Rukiea the shot, aware of the conversation Jake and Rosealie were having but she did her best to block it out. He still likes her but that's not surprising. They deserve time to talk to each other. What Jake did was hard on both of them.

Jake felt an uneasy chill in the words he spoke. They came out like daggers, poking every neave in his body that warned him not to het so into it. "Leita, are you done yet?" He asked as he sat on the floor next to her. His mind wandered. I really feel bad, but I know that I love Leita and merely Like Rosalie. It should be fine..... I hope. Rukiea felt the shot pierce her skin and the medicine injected into her arm. Jake, I can see how you feel and now you know what it feels like.. Don't beat yourself up. She opened her eyes a few seconds after she had thought about the situation. "Ouch, what happen?" |

"Yes, Jake... Take that and multiply it times two... Jay did the same thing...", Rosalie said, looking away. Yeah, she felt horrible. No, not because Jake had declined her, but because she knew that he belonged with Leita as much as Jay belonged with Rukiea. Only two choices left. Zane was like her big brother, and Sam waw like a little brother. And you don't fall in love with your siblings, do you? No, Rosalie had to look for someone outside the vipers. But that meant breaking her silent oath, which she could not do. She was stuck between a rock and a hard place, pardon the cliche'.

Jake looked up at the ceiling as Rukiea looked at him. This is terrific...... He sighed and stood up. "I'm leaving and none of you follow me. I need some time to think...." Jake picked up his sword and opened the door. He stood in the doorway, looked over his shoulder at Leita then Rosalie, and walked out. He slammed the door behind him. Rukiea shuttered a little. "He's very agressive today......" She looked at Leita and sighed. "Thanks again, by the way...." Rukiea tried to stand up. It hurts too much, but i gotta get up She finally got up and walked toward the door. |

"Rukiea... Will he be okay?", Rosalie asked, following her friend. Zane shook his head and looked after Jake. "He's really upset... You two, fighting like cats over a boy like him... I can't believe this... He likes both of you the same... I can tell you that. He chose Leita, because he liked her first. I, personaly, like Leita as well, but I'll not digress. Rukiea looked at the door and bit her lip till it bled a little. "Look, he's my brother and I feel like I should go after him." She looked at the floor as a small drop of blood hit the floor with a small *plip*. She sighed and turned around. "i'll wait. I rather not argue with two people." She walked back to the bed and sat down. The blood from her lip was drizzling down her lip, then chin, and finally plipped onto the floor. Jake walked to the cliff Rukiea had fallen off of and sat with his sword at his side. He looked down and felt the mist of the water hit his face. He threw a rock down and watched it fall. He looked down and began to slid his way toward the ledge. "No, if I jump, more than one person will be sad if I died...." He sighed and sat back down. |

"I'm going after him...", Rosalie said, walking through the door and out to the clif. "Jake... I... Choose Leita. She's the right one, I know it. I'm not upset anymore, Jake. As long as you're happy.", she said, sitting down next to her friend.
