Jake growled. "Shut up!!" He said in a harsh tone. "No one is mad at you and if they are, i'll deal with them later. Look, you part of a group. No a family of friends. You can't leave now and I messed up my hand by acting stupid and jumping off that cliff...... I swear, If you leave I will track you down and drag you back to the Vipers even if I have to break every bone in your body!!" Jake said witha harshj but caring voice. His hand gripped her arm and he put his other hand on her shoulder.

"Jake...", Rosalie whispered when he put his hand on her shoulder, "You really don't get it? I... I need to go... You may come with me, if you want, but I have to find someone... Someone who understands me. Who loves me. I've allready fallen for two guys that only think of me as a friend, and they both have girlfriends that they came apon shortly after or before I approached them. I have made an enemy out of Leita, and Rukiea is pissed at me because I ignored your ordes and followed you. Jake... I promise, I will return... Please, let me leave."

Jake's eyes flared red and he let go of Rosalie's arm, but kept his grip on her shoulder. "Listen, if I let you go now.. I'll hate myself, cuz I caused you to leave. If I let you go, i'll never forgive myself. If you leave. I'll hurt you and drag you back......" His voice was harsh and serious."I get what your saying, but that won't stop me from keeping you in this spot until someone comes and takes me away......" Tears filled his eyes, but none escaped his eyes. Rukiea begna to run into the forest. She jumped over bushes and finally stopped. She hopped into a tree and listened to Jake talk. Great... If she leaves, Jake's going to kill her. His eyes are already that red that they aren't supposed to be..... She sighed and turned her eyes red. |

"Way to go Leita." Sam sniped. "If you had just kept your mouth shut, they wouldn't have run off. That forest is full of soilders! They could be killed. Next time just stay quiet!" He stopped. "Actually, make sure there isn't a next time." Leita bit her lip and looked into the forest. "You are right Sam but I'm not going to say sorry. It was the truth. She shouldn't have followed him, he needed time to think. As for making sure there isn't a next time, there probably won't be. Rukiea is probably going to leave." |

Rukiea jumped out of the tree and grabbed Jake's arm. "Look, Jake. Come on let's go. She wants to leave, so she should do as she pleases." She turned Jake around and his eyes were a bloodlust color red. She gasped and quickly began to drag him away from Rosalie. "Calm down stupid!!" Rukiea tripped and hit her head on a tree. Jake felt Rukiea tug and he followed her. When she had tripped, he gasped and his eyes returned to their gold color. "Rukeia!!" He kinda whispered and yelled. DAmn it all...... this really suks.... He picked her up and began to walk toward the others. A few paces away from where Rukiea had fainted, Jake put her down and began to lightly slap her face. "Wake up Rukiea..." Rukiea opened her eyes and stood up. "I'm fine... Stop slapping me....." She grabbed Jake's arm and began to walk toward the others. "Rosalie, we leave you now......" She looked over her shoulder at Rosalie and continued to walk. They had reached the opening of hte forest, where Jake had first ran after Rosalie.

"Look, Rukiea and Jake are coming." Sam said. He wasn't going to deny anything she said, it was basically true. "But not Rose." Leita said. "Rose probably thinks I hate her or maybe she hates me. Either way, she is leaving the Vipers and I pushed her away. And Jake, well, Jake heard what I said. He probably is mad at me also." She closed her eyes and then opened them again. "I still won't apogize." She decided. "I don't care what anyone says. Like I said, it was the truth and I won't be sorry I said it." |

"Jake...", Rosalie whispered when Jake spoke, "jake, I'm sorry...." When Rukia came, Rosalie almost sighed with relief. Rosalie gasped and froze up when Rukiea hit her head. She felt a twinge of emptiness when Jake released her to go aid his sister, and she almost cried when the duo left her behind. "Goodbye, my friends.", she said softly, turning and walking even deeper into the forrest. "Where the heck is Rosalie?! You didn't leave her? No... Leita, this is all your fault! You stupid brat! You know that Rose is sensative!", Zane scolded, his eyes burning with rage. |

Jake walked up to Zane and grasped his shirt collar. "Look, say one more bad thing about Leita and I'll slit your throat......" His eyes glared at Zane's as they turned red with anger. "Go ahead Zane, I dare you....." Rukiea separated the two and pinned Jake to a tree. "Calm down!! Just leave them alone Jake." She looked at him and clinched her teeth. |

Jake growled and slapped Rukeia's hand away from him. "i'm leaving now....." He ran off and ran back up the cliff. His stride was hard and he would stomp a little. His temper was rising, not falling. He couldn't stand anybody anymore. This is not good. Leita and Rosalie fighting. My anger rising to a dangerous high. Rukiea trying to stop me. Zane being.... Zane. And now Sam is bossing me around. When he reached the top, he sat back down on the cliff. Rukiea watched as Jake went up the cliff. "Now what do we do about Rosalie. She's upset and Leita here is just as upset." She sighed and quickly remembered something. "Oh damn it... I left Jay alone again......" Rukiea bit her lip. |

"I, personally, don't think I need any time. I'm fine. Rose will come back eventually, she won't offically leave until the King is dead." |

Rukiea sighed. "Alright, i'll stay. But why do you need me here? Leita can calm Jake down just as much as I can....." She looked at Sam and tilted her head. Jake looked down at the group and growled. "How pathetic......" He looked ta Leita and sighed. "Still, very pathetic......" He grabbed a few pebbles and began to toss them down. He didn't have good aim, but he tried to hit the team. Rukiea felt something hit her head. She looked down and saw a pebble. "Jake is throwing stuff at us....." She looked up at Jake and growled. |

Rukiea smiled. "I guess growling doesn't help..... But i'll stay.. He's mad and when his eyes change color... It's hell....." She looked down and remembered that dark red color of Jake's eyes when he was with Rosalie. His bloodlust eyes..... Jake stood up and began to throw the pebbles harder. I hate this!! There is no reason for fighting. I can't calm down and now i am trying to kill ppl with rocks...... He stopped and sunk to his knees. He laid on his back and looked as the clouds floated by. |

"I kinda figured. I noticed that when his eyes change colors, he behaves differently. That's why I think you should stay, you know how to deal with that." Sam said, glancing up the cliff. "You know, he has horrible aim."

Rukiea laughed. "Yes, i know he has terrible aim. He has pretty good aim when it comes to killing people though. When we fought the guards, he was pretty good at stabbing them..." She shrugged and smiled. "Anyways, i need to tellyou something about mine and Jake's color changing eyes." Jake watched the clouds and began to fall asleep, except something cralwed up his shirt and he began to violently hit his back with his sword sheath. That really hurt, but at least i killed whatever it was...... |
