Rukiea smiled. "Just continue to live on. And don't fall victim to Jake's insanity...." She smiled and began walking back to the cabin. "You coming?" She said over her shoulder to Zane Jake reached the forst opening and he swan in the lake for a little before continuing his journey back. |

Zane nodded and replied, "Of course." He followed Rukiea closely, not wanting to fall back into Jake's clutches. He didn't need to re-live that expirience.

Rukiea smiled, but suddenly began to slow her pace. W-what is this? Somehow... It feels the same way i felt about Jay.... N-no way!! Do i love Zane??? Her heart pounded as the thought crossed her. She looked at Zane then looked back toward the cabin. There's no way.... Jake began to walk back up the to the cabin. His clothes stuck to him from swimming and his golden hair stuck to his face, blocking his eyes. Did I really try to kill ROsalie and Zane? |

Zane realized that Rukiea was slowing down and asked, "Hey, are you okay?" He slowed down to match her pace thinking, "I think I might be falling in love with Rukiea... But wasen't she already with Jay? Oh my..."

"If by okay you mean alive, then yes that is what I said." Sam said. "I have no idea if either of them are injuried but they are both walking so I take that as a good sign." |

Rukiea looked at Zane. "Yes. I'm fine. As long as i'm walking i'm fine. I just have a lot on my mind right now." She looked up and saw Sam and Rosalie in the window. "They are waiting for us...." She smiled and waved her hands high in the air. There is no way.... But i think i do. Jake stopped and looked at the sky. "I'm a monster..." |

Rukiea smiled and grabbed Zane's hand. She ran off toward the cabin. "Come on! I bet they are so happy to see you alive!" SHe kept running with Zane following. Damn it... Such a stupid impulse to grab his hand.... |

Rukiea quickly let go of Zane's hand. "Hey guys. Well, just like i promised, i brought Zane back and he isn't hurt a lot......" She looked at Sam and then Leita. "Jake is coming right now. I heard him a few minutes ago." Jake was coming over the cliff when he saw the small cabin. "Almost there.... I better think of a really good apoligy." |

Rosalie limped over to stand behind Sam and Leita, her eyes sparkling. "It's relly you...", she whispered, stepping in front of the two and hugging Zane, smiling widely, a few small tears escaping her eyes. Zane smiled and gently pulled Rosalie off of him. "I'm not hurt at all, thanks to Rukiea. Jake, however, may have a headache..." |

Rukiea smiled. "Yes, but I say Zane was luckiest. Jake nearly choked him already. I barely got him in time." Tears came to Rukiea's eyes. What?? I've never cried over anybody except Jake and I think sombody in the Vipers. This is kinda weird. She wiped her eyes. "Heh, sorry. But ya. Zane is very lucky to be alive."
