Leita frowned. "Take the eyes? What do you mean by that Jake?" She asked, sitting across from him. "Are you saying you weren't born with this?"

Jake sighed. "No... I wasn't born with it like Rukiea. I was given the eyes.... But the person who had been born with them was in my family. I was the only male so i agreed to take them." He looked at Leita and began messing with a tear in his sword sheath. "My eyes were the original black color. They just gave me some type of shot in my eyes and if i grew angry, the eyes would change color." He sighed and closed his eyes.

Jake froze. Nobody, not even Rukiea, had ever asked him that. "Kinda... I hate watching what can piss me off. It's kinda hard. Thats why I stick my tounge out at people. It help me not become..... Well.... What you saw back there." He looked at Leita.

Jake shook his head. "No.. I dont mind them. It helps me get stronger. They told me that if i can control my anger, my power may be able to surpass someone like Rukiea, who was born with the eyes."

"Okay, Zane, well, Prince Zane, was my informant at the castle. Hi saved all of our lives at one time or another.I ran off into the forrest after getting into an argument with Leita. Zane and Leita folowed me, finding me just after a guard, who appeared out of nowhere, shot me in the leg. Jake followed soon afterwards, killing the guard. Jake went full red, nearly killing Zane. Everyone but Rukiea evacuated, and Rukiea saved Zane. They escaped, than returned to the cabin Did I get everything?" Zane smiled at Rukie and said, "Please, stop calling me 'Prince Zane' Zane is good enough for me! Yes, we probably should go tell Jay..." |
