"Umm. I only have two beds, but Rukiea always keeps tons of blankets." He walked over to a closet and started taking out blankets. "You wo can hare these if you don't mind sleeping in the same 'bed'. " He spread out the blankets until there were about six thinck layers of blanket. "Is this fine?"

Jake sighed. "Alright Alright. Maybell, u take my bed, Leita take Rukiea's. Sam.. If you don't mind me, we can sleep on this makeshift mat... I have no other options right now." He sat on the 'bed'.

Sam shrugged. "I'm fine with whatever as long as I can get some sleep." He said. "So, unless anyone has anything to say to me right now, that's exactally what I plan on doing right now." He sat down as he said that. Leita laughed. "Night Sam."

Sam blinked open his eyes, letting them adjust to the light. He looked around, surprised to see Jake next to him. "What the...?" He said, before remembering what happened. He yawned and stood up, stretching.

Rosalie stirred in the bed, her eyes fluttering open. It was morning, and she was in Jake's bed. She smiled, remembering their close encounter last night. If it hadn't been for Jake, she and Sam would be long dead. Zane woke up shivering, and looked up to see rays of sun streaming through the hideout's entrance, as well as several guards who were sneering down upon him. "Your friends may have escaped our grasp, but you will not.", one said, and with that, bound Zane, leading him away as the others had done to Sam and Rosalie. "You will die as they should have." |

Sam walked around Jake's small cabin and noticed Rosalie waking up. "Morning! Isn't it nice to wake up in a bed and not with ropes around our neck?"

Rosalie laughed gently, sitting up and smiling. "Yeah, it is", she replied, swinging her legs over the side of the bed and motioning for Sam to sit next to her.

Jake yawned and opened his eyes. "Yeah.. Man.. But i felt so weird.. Sleeping in the same bed as another guuy.." Jake cracked his neck and knuckles. He stood up and clipped his sword to his back. "I have a bad feeling again..." Rukiea opened her eyes. She was still in Jay's bed. She rolled off. "Oh god... I really snuck into his bed..." |

Sam joined her on the bed. "So yesterday I believe you told me something important but seeing as how we were being threatened with death, I missed it." He looked at her with a raised eyebrow. "Do you mind having to tell me again?" He looked over at Jake as he woke up. "Or you could wait until we are alone."

"He's gone.", Rosalie said softly, looking into Sam's eyes, "I have to ask... Did you feel the same way I did when we were on our way to certian death? Were you glad as I that you would be the last person I saw before my demise? I... What I felt for Jay and Jake was nothing compared to this... That was mere frendliness compared to what I feel for you.... We've been friends forever, but I never realized how much I really liked you..." Zane hung his head as the men led him off, making him walk faster than was normally possible. A sword point was continually to his back, and once he stumbled into the mud, the brown sticky stuff coating his face and legs. |
