Rukuiea smiled and looked at Zane. "Yes. I'm glad you say that. But I'm still not sure. I reallly want to choose you. But i also want to really choose Jay. You are both so nice, strong and sweet. But I know I can only choose one."

That was in the past though! Now that she's meant Zane.. He let his thoughts trail off but didn't voice them. All he did was nodded. "Of course I will." He said. "Come on, we should really hurry up and get back to the others. They are probably wondering where you went."

Jake grabbed Jay by the shirt collar and shoved him into a tree. Jay's front facing the tree. "Look you idiot. If you don't fight your hardest for her, you will loose. And I can be sure of that. But you have me on your side for now. I know all her likes and dislikes. What she wants in a man and what she hates about men." He pressed his forarm into Jay's back. "Now.. How badly do you want to keep my sister?" Rukiea looked at Zane. "Right. How about you go back? I want to stay here for a while, but if we are seen together by Jay, he will get the wrong idea." She stood up and looked at Zane. "Go back and just tell them that I went out to get you some herbs for your pain and other stuff." She walked down the path that led to the lake below the waterfall. |

"Okay, Rukiea.", He said softly, smilling slightly, "Goodbye, for now." And Zane went on his way back to the cabin, quietly entering when he arrived there.

Rukiea jumped into the only tree around the lake. Her eyes flickered red and she looked around. She dreaded this. She had to choose one from the 2 men she loved so dearly.

Rukiea looked at the lake and sighed. Her heart was in two and she couldn't choose just one of them. She stood up and jumped off the branch and into the water. She swam to the waterfall and picks some plant leaves growing there. She began to use the leaf as a whistle. She played a sad tune and the water was sprinkling her.

Jay reached back with his arm and hit Jake with his makeshift cane. "Stop it! Of course I want to keep her! Badly too! But all I said was that when she came to a decision, I would support her. And if she doesn't choose me, I'll make it easy for her. Up until then, I will be fighting for her."

Jake let go of Jay. He rubbed his arm. "Don't hit me please... Well, to get Rukiea to yourself, your going to have to give her what she likes and do not cross her. I did once and she made me sleep outside.." He heard a faint whistling. "Oh.. Do you hear that?" He smiled. "That soothing sound.. Rukiea is playing a gr*censored* flute... She loves to play that."
