Sam gripped LEita's arm, dragging her after Jake. "Come on, I doubt they will let us leave like this."

Jay nodded slightly. "You got all of that already?" He shook his head and grinned slightly. "Thanks again.  I've got to get back to the castle to make sure no one got killed because of me." He sighed. "And to make sure Rukiea doesn't hate me. I think you had better come to." He dug his heels into the horse, urging her forward as quick as she could.

Jake stopped in front of a broken window that was fairly close to the forest, but far from the base. He looked at the gl*censored* and then outside. He saw blood on the wall. "No way.. Rukiea wouldn't.. She would... hmm.." He carried Zane and turned. He ran down the hall again. Listening to the click of his heels on the floor. "God.. this is crazy.."

Matt nodded. "Alright." He dug his heels into the horse and she ran off after Jay's. "But why do I have to come? I'm not really in this whole thing!" He looked at Jay.

Sam and leita continued to jog through the castle. They slowed down a little when they spotted JAke and Zane. "Jake," Sam called out. "Is something wrong?"

Jay rode for a bit before answering. "You are coming for two reasons." He answered. "The first one is simply because you don't know where our hideout is and it is too dangerous for you to be wandering around the forest to find it. The second reason is because depending on how things turned out; and Im guessing pretty badly; we may not be returning there."

Jake looked at Sam and shook his head. "Nah... But this window is really bugging me. I feel like Rukiea did this.. But then, you look at where the glas.s landed and you can see that someone must have jumped out.. No glas.s landed inside..." Jake heard a series of footsteps coming down the hall. "Oh damn! Let's go!!" Jake held Zane tighter and grabbed Sam's wrist. He ran down the hallway again. "Don't stop alright!!"

Matt looked at Jay and nodded."Your right.. I'm pretty good at building and other things... I can build you guys another hideout.." He rode with Jay and noticed spots of blood began appearing as they got closer and closer to the King's Castle. "Did you guys wound a guard around here?"

Sam glanced back at the window as they continued to run. "Maybe she jumped out after she left. Seems like something she would do." He panted. "But from so high up?"

Jay slowed his horse down. "It's possible but I don't think os." He frowned. "The blood seems too fresh." He dug his heels into the horse. "Come on. We need to hurry."

Jake looked at Sam. "Your right.. She isn't that stupid.. But.. You know.." He panted now from talking and running. "When we ran away. She was the one stealing a lot of stuff from the King and jumping from high towers.. She usually had a way of getting down safely.." He shook his head and turned a corner. He ran quickly down the hall and, as quickly as he could, open the castle doors and threw out many throwing knives. He knew the King's guards were there. Many hit and he pulled Sam down the lawn. "Quickly!"

Matt nodded and dug his heels into his horse. He noticed glas.s shards. "What the.." He shook his head and followed Jay. He sighed and looked at Jay. "We better hurry.. I know better than you guys that this King is a mad man.."

Sam grabbed Leita as Jake pulled him. Glancing around at the guards that were hit, he gave a half smile. "Have I ever mentioned how grateful I am that you are on the same team?" He asked.

"I don't doubt that." Jay nodded. He too had noticed the gl*censored* and was looking around the castle for any windows. He thought he spotted one near the top of the tower but that couldn't be possible. He glanced back down as they neared the wall. "I hope they aren't still with the King." He said to himself, slowing down.

Jake shook his head. "No, you've never been grateful... Why are you grateful all of a sudden?" He ran to the gates and opened them as quickly as he could. He pushed Sam and Leita through. The gates closed once again. Jake looked at Sam. "Hide!" Jake grabbed onto a vine and began climbing up. He held Zane and continued up the wall. He hopped over and down. He smiled and grabbed Sam. "Alright." He ran into the forest.

Matt looked at Jay. "i highly doubt they are..." He looked around and saw the gates open. "The gates. They should be in front of the castle. That's the only way out unless you jump over."

Sam and Leita ran after him. "You and your little gift is the only reason we are still alive." He told him. "So yeah, that's going to make me grateful." He slowly came to a stop. "Okay. So we need to figure out where Rukiea and Jay are. Any ideas?"

Jay looked over at the gates. "Then that means they are probably heading back to the forest. Let's go. We should be able to catch up with them soon. I'm as.suming they are on foot right now."

Jake looked at Sam. "Ah.. This.. This is only part of it.. I've been able to tie strong to these things then my fingers and I can pull them out of the victim and rethrow them without touching them..." He smiled and looked around. "Where should we go. I know a hideout somewhere else.. There is one that Rukiea and I have used before. It's a cave but it's pretty nice considering the fact Rukiea and I have decorated it and made it look nice." He sighed and looked at Sam. "Quickly, they will come after us... I can fight off some.." He took out some throwing knives and some thin string. He tied the string onto the knives and then stuck them into his pouch again. "Alright, let's head out.... Quickly.."

Matt nodded and looked at Jay. "we better hurry, tgar man is definetly going to send more of his men out to fight with them.." he looekd around and noticed no guards were in the watch towers. "You know.. How good is Jake at killign people? I've seen some of his handy work but it didn't seem like much."

Leita frowned. "What about Rukiea and Jay and those other two? We have to find them before the forest is too full of the kings guards."

"We will find them but first we have to get Zane to that cave Jake mentioned.  Moving him around so much isn't exactly helping him right now." Sam told her.

Jay gave a small snort of laughter. "Depends on...the mood he is in." He didn't feel like explaining about what Jake could do. "But  no matter what...mood he is in, he's always pretty good. Anyways, you are right about having to hurry so let's go."

Jake looked around. "Nobody cares about anybody right now. Let's just get there and back. I can look for her afterwards. I can't risk any of you guys getting hurt while looking for my stupid sister." His eyes narrowing to an almost glare. His breath quickened and he closed his eyes. When he opened them again, shimmering red eyes were revealed. His grip tightened on Zane. He felt a sudden rush of energy. "Quickly, before my eyes run out and I get too tired. I can strike down any guard, but we have to get there quickly." He began to run.

Matt looked at Jay and smiled. "Your better when your smiling. I can see why a girl like Rukiea would have such a liking to you." He kicked his horse and it began to trot toward the entrance to the King's castle. He caught a glimpse of Jake running into the forest. "Lea-.. Jay. I think I saw Jake running. he's a blonde right? With a tattoo on both arms?"

Leita sighed as Jake ran off. "Well, I guess that settles that. Those two can take care of themselves for the most part anyways." She ran a hand through her hair. "I can't wait for this day to be over." She muttered before following Jake, Sam right behind her.

Nodding, Jay tried to see what Matt saw. "That would be him. I must have missed him though." He continued to stare into the trees before turning back to Matt. "I guess we know he at least got out. Was anyone else with him?"

Matt  nodded. "There were three more with him. One on his back and two running behind him.. One girl and three boys. Jake, Sam, Zane and i'm not sure if the girl was Rukeia or Leita." He looked at Jay and gave a shallow smile. "You know. I don't know what it is about you, but you seem to be a very likable and very powerful person with a somewhat nice and powerful energy."

Jake looked around. His eyes flickering back and forthe between the trees. He threw a kunai as a seemingly random tree and pulled on teh string it was attached to. An archer fell from the tree with the kunai embedded in his chest. Jake pulled hard and teh kunai snapped from the archer's chest and back to Jake. He caught it and rethrew it just to the right of Leita, snapping a few bush branches and hitting a guard.
