Marilyn sighed and shrugged. "I don't know, I didn't know the officers would throw the snakes off board. But they got on a life boat and should get to land soon on the up side, if there is an upside..." She shook her head. "But I'm serious. I'm sorry. If you don't care about my apologies, I guess you don't care about your snakes. This morning, the officers threw my snake off board. It drowned in the water. White Star is now my only... Pride and joy, if thats what you would say. I know how you feel, but you probably are feeling I'm such a stupid little girl to tell the officers."
(Guess what? There was 8 dogs and 1 cat on board this ship and only 2 dogs servived.)
Lily heard the comotion outside and opened the door to see Spirit talking to the one who got her baby taken away from her. She imediatly slammed the door shut so that Marilyn could hear it and stood by the door in silence.

Lily pulled a picture from a pocket inside the left side of her shirt that had a picture of her precious Midnight and yelled through the door,"That's what you deserve you freakin' jerk!"

Marilyn looked at Lily's door. "I did love snakes, they were my only love until the officers took my snake away. I lost the heart for snakes. I never want to lose one again. And I know you think I'm stupid, a jerk, some words my mother would scold me for saying, and possibly others. But you know its my fault, so call me what you want. I don't care if this friggin' ship sinks and all of us die, I would just be happy I would be put out of my misery." Marilyn ran off to her room, crying lightly.
Spirit sighed and knocked on Lily's door "Lily! I still have egg's too. Their's ten, I could get five and you could get five. We'll find out snakes! Trust me!"

Marilyn layed down, trying to get decent sleep. She passed to the morning difficultly, knowing everyone still hated her. She walked over to the railing and glared at the ocean.
