Teal growled, a bit surprised at her sudden intrusion. "Nothing." he grunted. "I'm certainly not trying to get out of this book prison!" he exclaimed in rage, attacking the book in beserk mode. And then a thing landed on them, wobbling all of the books.

Raintear tried to balance on the neat stack, but she didn't do well so she hopped off. "Whoa, Teal, you're in there?!" she asked, laughing.

Teal hissed dangerously. "YES!" he growled, bursting out of the book prison, a pile of shredded paper behind him.

((She likes shredded paper. XDD))

Teal squished back into Novatalon's cage, where he would be safe. It was better in there than in the dusty upstairs place, where books collapsed on you randomly. He began preening, trying to keep calm about the bits of paper stuck in his tiny talons.

((I have a box full of shredded paper.......Yes... I do need help.... xD))

Dot put the shredded paper in a neet stack, the same with the books.  "Perfect." She commented on her work.

Teal curled up to sleep. He did so...immediately, feathers ruffled. His feathers shone in the moonlight, and starlight. Everything was calm. Novatalon fell asleep as well, beside her friend. She was larger, though, standing out.

History: Aquinnah used to live in another house, but their owners dumped her in the streets when they moved to another house quite far from their old one. After a while she got trapped in this one, and decided to stay here.

Teal was sort of hunched up against Rainbow, sharing their warmth. Rainbow's left wing was wrapped around the smaller bird, as winter was approaching. The solstice was coming in only four days!

Raintear flapped her wings furiously, then found a cozy spot in the attic to rest. She grabbed the closet pole with her claws, the hung upside-down to sleep.

OoC: The winter solstice. Cool ^^ And Ferret, we're not gonna die. Lol. Ribunny, a solstice is when the Earth's axis tilts either toward or away from the Sun. During the winter solstice, the Earth tilts toward the northern hemisphere, which means the days start to seem longer. But the days get colder until summer solstice begins ^_^
