Brighteyes looked surprised, cockoing his head and stepping forewards, then back, then repeating the process several times. "Um, who are you?" He asked slowly, as if speaking to a child, "Are you a new pet...?" He added. His body was tense, and his tail straight up like a flag.

((She didn't actually hold him. XD And go ahead, Sugar.)) Eclipse blinked a few times, then looked up to face Brighteye. "Uh, yeah." he murmured groggily. "I'm new, I guess you can say that." Eclipse added sleepily, with a yawn. He flicked his tail slightly, to acknowledge Brighteye's presence or something. "Now if you don't mind I would like to get back to sleep..." he murmured, resting his head on his forelimbs again.

"My name is Nightly. And no, I am not a 'pet'," he spat the last word, fur bristling, "like you! I am a wild dingo straight from the Austrailian outback!" he growled, slowly calming himself down to lower his rear onto the floor, tail curling neatly around his paws. "I have been free to roam wherever I please, and have had to fight for my right to survive my entire life. Then these humans come around and stick me in that tiny cage," he growled again, ears pinning back. "If I get threatened, I threaten back. I get attacked, I attack back. It's the way of the wild. Survival of the fittest."

Brighteye raised and eyebrow, then flopped down on the floor. "Whatever. News for you, Outback, if you bte a human, they'll kill you before you can unlock your jaws." He started licking the fur along his spine. "You threaten, you get put down. Stick a needle in you, you're out like a light, Outback." Brighteye said calmly, as the father sat down next to him and started stroking his head. "If you're nice, you get no trouble."

"Unless you growl at em again, and I get out of that cage more than once a week, I will be nice. Next time you growl at me, I'm biting you," Night stated, ears twitching. "I am a wild animal, not meant to be kept as a pet." He flicked his tail, huffing.

Night huffed. "My name is Nightly, not Outback," he growled, ears flicking back. "I can't stand closed spaces. I feel trapped, no matter how big it is. I need to be out and FREE!"

((*rushes back in*)) Eclipse woke up, his eyes clouded up but glowing a faint white. "Grr...." he growled, barely blinking. The husky trotted over to Nightly and Brightly, fangs glimmering in the moonlight. "Is is time..." he droned, ripping the curtains up. "For the eclipse...." Eclipse added, trance-like. "Grr..." There was no eclipse, just a very bright moon. "Grr..." he growled again, glaring uselessly at the night sky. Eclipse snapepd out of his trance and collapsed on the floor.

Nightly turned his head to stare at 'pet' that had just walked up, tilting his head before he took a small step back, ears flat as he growled. HE could feel that something wasn't right. Not at all. And he wasn't about to trust an animal that gave off such a weird vibe.

Eclipse twitched slightly, but remained lifeless on the carpet. He moaned, twitching some more. "Gahh...." he murmured, dizzy. Jonathan sighed and picked up the limp dog. "Must've been allergic to those shots." he said. taking the dog away.
