Xenon was in a clearing in the forest near a small town. It was a quiet place and that was just how Xenon liked it; peace and quiet were the things she found most comforting, except for the presence of her Pokemon. At that moment the only Pokemon she had with her was Black Knight, her Absol. She and Black Knight had a very strong bond because they could both see visions of the future to some extent, plus Black Knoght had rescued Xenon from a blizzard once on a mountain. Xenon found herself sitting on the stump of a tree, a flower of some sort in one hand, while Black Knight kept watch for danger.
"Anything?" Xenon asked. Black Knight shook his head. "That's good, then. Don't want any danger around here, do we?" Black Knight shook his head again. |

Rachel walked through a seemingly empty forest, Liam perched on her finger. Blaze trailed behind them, his ears perked for any sign of disturbance. She was trying to find someone, anyone at all, to talk to. Liam was great, his tiny face in a constant smile and the way he sucked the tiniest bit of energy out of her finger tickled, but longed to hear a human voice. Blaze was more of a protector than anything, no emotion except in battle, where he only showed hatred. He was great though, had rescued Rachel countless times, being with her for nine years, but they had no true bond. It would be even more nice to find someone who was the same as her; part Pokemon.
She reached a clearing, where a girl was sitting on a stump with an Absol. She walked closer, her head cocked slightly to the side, "who are you?" She asked, genuinely curious. |

Black Knight turned to face the newcomer and growled. Xenon raised a hand to silence him and immediately Black Knight stopped growling, standing by Xenon's side. Xenon looked at the newcomer.
"Hi." she said, quietly and shyly. "I'm Xenon...and this Absol of mine is called Black Knight. Who are you?" Xenon waited for the newcomer to respond, and she shifted to half-Celebi form very briefly. She hadn't meant to do this, and quickly shifted back to normal form in embarrassment. |
