Tatsu tilted his head and sneered, "Nero and his dog." He smiled and stuck his tounge out, licking the last of the blood from his fingers. "Women in this town are gullible..." He trailed off. Hie tounge was a mutation, jet black, pointed, and almost eight inches long.

Kaina was outside of the city, her black hair blowing in the breeze. Drak hung by her side, eyes glimmering. Kaina petted Drak on the head. She involuntarily touched her necklace with her other hand. She shuddered, as she remembered when she had been told about how she came to be a combined person, by one of the creators. Kaina had killed him in rage when she was given that knowledge.

Now she wondered, where was her brother? Had he been successfully partnered? Or had he hadn't and had died? So many questions. 

Kaina looked toward the city and frowned. "All the others seem to be over there," she murmured, "so I guess we should go in there too. What do ya think, Drak?"

Drak glanced at Kaina and his look seemed to say, Whatever you say, Kaina.

Kaina laughed and trudged to the city. As soon as she arrived, by habit, Kaina turned down into an alleyway, only to see that annoying Nero and the equally annoying Tatsu. She gritted her teeth in disappointment that she had gone down this alleyway. "Look what the cat dragged in," Kaina spat.

"Stay out of this," Nero said, angrily. 

((Tetra..?))

"Was it your cat, or something better, say, an alley cat?" Tatsu asked, glaring at Kaina. "Leena, you and your happy shiney little patner can pretend to live in a perfect world, but have any of you actually kissed someone of the opposite gender before being dragged off by the creators?"

"If you had a mind of your own, Tatsu, you would know what life what, you worshipper of the creators. We all know you like this change, well we don't have to listen to your comments," Kaina said, seething in anger. How she'd love to show him that she wasn't afraid of ripping his face apart, but of course, the creators might notice that. "Besides my tiger could drag your body any day." After Kaina spoke, she spat onto the cement ground.

Nero right now agreed with Kaina. "Why is Tatsu still living? Only because of that bird," he smirked.

"Whoa, Nero. Don't go too far with this," Kaina warned.  

Alex strode through the city, Simba at his side. He looked down at his lion and grinned, ruffling the wildcat's mane, which earned him a strange look from the feline in question. Simba let a soft growl rumble in his throat, but not an angered one. He trusted Alex, as Alex trusted him. They shared a bond that not many others could understand.

He was also ignoring all the weird looks he got from the people around. Yeah, he had a lion. Big deal. There were stranger creatures out there with humans than Simba. Heck, he'd even heard of a couple of guys in England that had a pet lion. And his eyes got him a few looks, too. Both the green-amber color and the fact that they were slitted, an aftereffect of being bonded with Simba. So, he had cat-like eyes. That was also a plus, though.

Now he could see much better and in darker conditions than most of the others, so he could easily slip through the dark veil of night and be able to see as clearly as if it were day.

Emilia giggled as she padded through the streets, her loyal companion Amber at her side. She hadn't earned herself any strange glances yet since her animal was an animal that people were used to seeing in the city. She reached down to pet her canine companion, vibrant green eyes soft and warm, her curled brown hair moving to frame her face when she looked up to avoid crashing into anything.

"You little...", Leena growled, tensing, her cat, Tetra, hissing angrily, not the least bit fazed when Tatsu transformeed. She did the same, her calico fur bristling. "You're not the only one who has that ability, bird breath.", she said, her voice mre feline than human, Her claws unsheathing themselves, "Do you seriously ant to challenge us?"

"Tatsu screeched again, this time his crest of feathers standing strainght up, and he growled, "Maybe, if I didn't think I might get in trouble for killing some expiriments." He smiled widley ang narrowed his sharp eyes, pointed ears almost completly hidden in the bristling sea of feathers.
