Stepping out of the bushes around them came the rest of the wolves Nolan had summoned, each one of them slowly falling silent, the eerie silence left behind shattered when the wolf beside Nolan tilted its head back and howled, the melody hauntingly beautiful.

"Funny, Damon, I was just about to say the same to you. If you leave Kain alone, then I'll back down, otherwise, I'm afraid I'll have to carry out my promise," he stated curtly, glowering at the Pureblood that had irked him so badly.

((Murr. I feel like dragging in a random human girl. o:))

"Ha ha." Stefan answered instead, as a pack of wolves descended upon them.

"You have yours, I have mine." Damon responded, as his side of numbers grew.

"You can't kill me. And I can f*** with Kain if I want to." 

Nolan raised his hand and a swarm of bats flew out of the trees, a twisted grin slowly spreading across his face as he began shifting into his bat form, stopping halfways as Stefan had when he was transforming into his wolf form.

"That's how you want to play it,"Damon and Stefan said at the same time, as dark wings sprouted from their backs, a sign of their bat form. Mist formed around them, as bats appeared, perched on Damon's wolves.

"Just evening the playing field." 

Nolan snorted. "Evening my as$," he snarled, lowering himself into a half-crouch. "Two against one is hardly even in my opinion," he hissed, baring his elongated fangs as he flared his wings.

"Well, you started,"Damon laughed, before baring his own fangs.

"I don't wanna do this, but I will you won't stop acting like an idiot. Protecting Humans is stupid!" Damon sneered, as his wolves launched themselves at Nolan's. 

((Epic battle sequence!! Only ones dying here are wolves and batts!!)) 

"Go forth and fight bravely my loyal pack," Nolan said, voice lowered. His wolves rushed forward, snarling and snapping at Damon's wolves.

"Protecting humans is not stupid! Which species has been forced into hiding by the other? Which species is on the brink of extinction due to the other? The vampires could learn from the humans!" he snarled. "And the humans have a much greater tolerance for one another than we do. They band together and cover eachother's weaknesses and increase eachother's strength! Humans are much more than just food, Damon!"

((Murr. ouo)) 

"It is stupid!" Damon snarled, ripping the heart out of a wolf and eating it.

"Yes, we could learn something from them, but not much! We are not on the brink of extinction. They drive their animals to extinction. They destroy this Planet! They bring war, famine, and disease! They way I see it, killing them is a favor. If we could ban together once again, they'd be slaves just like in the Old Age!"

Nolan pounced onto an opposing wolf and bit into its neck, growling. "Purebloods are," he hissed through the thick fur.

"And humans get to experience things that we cannot, Damon. When's the last time you just stopped to take a look around you and be thankful for the life you have? It's pointless to be thankful for life when you live forever!" he snarled. "We take so many things for granted, things the humans find to be precious! Life, the world around you, time! We live for so long that we stop caring about all the little things!"

Kain laughed at what Nolan said.

"Humans?  Oh, my god, they are them sot racist peopel ever.  They explaoit weaknesses, they will try and kick your arse, but because of your skin tone, and they destroy everything, and-" "Kain , honey, I agree with you one-hundred percent, but shut up,"  Rose said, to Kain, then grabbed his arm and they both sunk into the gorund.

"What the hell..?"  Kain mubmled.

They reappeared in an old lookign house. (There. >_>)(

     Salem started to wiggle squirm in Zoey's arms as they walked, he was a pretty laid back cat, but he couldn't stand to be held for long amounts of time. Zoey opened her arms as he pushed off of her chest and jumped to the floor. A claw caught her finger and se squeeked as pain shot up her hand. She glared down at Salem, and stuck her finger in her mouth, blood beginning to surface.

     Salem was walking towards the park, and very quickly. Zoey had to pick up the p*censored* to fallow after him. "where are we going Salem?" Zoey asked, her breath a little quicker now that she was practicaly jogging. Salem looked back at her with a face that seemed to say "You don't have to folow me"

     Reaching the park, salem only increased his speed, and Zoey ran after him. They were coming up on a park light not too far ahead and Zoey recognized Siren. "Hey!" She called as Salem jumped up on the bench as well.

Siren, who was lazily slouched on the bench, her orange flowing hair beign taken by the wind, lookign up at the sky...Well...Not really, she had actuall fallen asleep, and was wearing sunglas$es. 

When the can jumped up, she looked at it, takign her gl*censored*es off to rev eal beautiful bright green eyes flecked with gold.

"Hey, Salem!"  She said, pickign him up and putting the can on her lap to pet.  "Zoey's here, right?  I can't beleive you guys were late!  We missed the movie, you need to remind her to stop doing that..."  She said with a giggle.

     "Hey Siren." Zoey said shyly sitting down. Sorry I'm late, the party went on longer than I thought it would. Then I was kinda spooked on the way here." Absentmindedly, she tucked a loose strand of hair behind her ears. "And I-uh... kinda forgt about the movie." Her cheeks turned light pink in the moonlight, goving her a porcilan doll appearence.

     "But I guess we can go check and see if there was a later showing. I'll pay for it if there is. My fault we missed it", she laughed a little guiltily. She looked over at Salem resting quietly in Siren's lap, except that she was purring.
