I sighed and stretched a bit, looking up at the sky. It felt nice to walk around, but I just wanted to go home again. Or be reading a book or something. Or maybe even studying some functioning organism. That would certainly be more interesting than this. I closed my eyes, standing still a moment, before looking around for some source of interest. I wish I had another book to read. Perhaps something to doodle on, or someone I could talk to. Although, I wasn't one of those social students really. I had a social side, but it wasn't like anyone really cared to listen to me anyway. Most of the time, it was because I was too busy in my schoolwork and extra credit. Ugh; some people just didn't understand how the world worked, like myself for instance.

I sighed and looked at Aria, surprised by the attack, feeling like I wanted to cry. "I'm sorry... Please don't hate me..." I whimpered, bringing an unintentional crack in my voice. i cleared my throat and hoped she hadn't noticed.

"It just occured to me I could have... you know, talked to you... but my mind doesn't really work fast." I sighed, hiding my face behind a palm once more. I couldn't believe myself. "Anyway, my name is Roman... which you might know already... by now..." I sighed. I wasmaking a fool of myself and she was probably laughing on the inside. I guessed that was all right though. For now.

"Is it just me or is this trip extremely boring?" I sighed, feeling a bit exhausted to be honest.

  Garrett gave Paradise a gentle smile, sensing her shyness. She was amazingly cute and he was very intregued. "I saw you. It looked like you were really concentrating hard." He gave her another smile, then thought of something. "Hey, would you like a drink? My treat?"

  Aria gave another laugh. "It's ok. I can understand you being so dazzled by being in my presence that you forget to speak." She walked towards him and bumped him with her hip. "It's kinda cute. And yes, the trip is horrible. Why they have to take us all the way out here to look at a bunch of dino bones, I'll never understand."

I sighed, guessing I would just make my way back onto the bus. I sat back where I had first sat, staying where I was and looking out the window at all the other students. I yawned softly, guessing I would just go to sleep and hope we would all be there when I awoke.

My blush only grew at Aria's words. "I'm sorry, really..." I laughed nervously. "It won't happen again." I promised, beaming at her. It was only more embarras$ing when she hip bumped me; it was awkward and I'd never really had a girl do that to me before. I smiled though, sighing and brushing a hand through my golden brown hair. "I honestly think we could have had a better choice in field trip. Like, maybe it would have been better if we could experience digging fossil bones ourselves. But go to a museum just to watch a lame movie and watch a science junkie talk about fossils..." I gave another head shake. "Completely boring... I'd rather be studying something else..." I shrugged. Botany was my favorite, really.

"What would you rather see a video about?" I sighed, unable to find anything else really to talk about.

  Garrett gave Paradise a huge grin and wrapped one arm around her shoulder, turning her with him. "Thank you for the honor, Mi'lady," he said gallantly, laughing a little. "Hey, I have a question," he said as he began to move towards the station.

  Aria's face lit up brilliantly with mirth. This guy was really cute! And he was smart, which was a huge turn on for her. She thought about his question. "Hmm... I like studying religion and philosophy and psychology. There are so many questions there!" her face fell a little. "But not many field trip oportunities. Well, unless you count trips to the loony bin." Her laugh rang out brightly, contagous. "What are you interested in?"

Bumps

I was dreaming about equations, something of the sort, when a loud yelp startled me and brought me to awaken. At first I admit I was a bit dazed, still feeling half asleep. I looked around, a bit surprised. Oddly enough, I couldn't help smiling when I saw the friendly British guy from earlier. I turned to face him, guessing it'd look stupid if I stood, so therefore remained sitting where I was. 

"Are you all right?" I asked, uncertain of why he'd yelped in the first place. He must have hurt himself or something, though it sounded more of surprise than pain. Either way, it was loud and woke me up quite easily.

"Oh, by the way, my name is Annabelle. I believe I don't know your name." I smiled. I wasn't too social but he looked quite a bit more decent than half of the indecent and impolite people on this bus. Or maybe it was just my weird social awkwardness that made me unable to undertand others as well as the people around me easily could. Of course, I never really found socializing completely necessary; it had nothing to do with my education.

I couldn't help but smile at Aria's words. Those were interesting to study. "I..." I paused a moment, unable to help blushing. It may have seemed weird for a guy, or maybe it was because I was too embarras$ed to admit my interests.

"I honestly enjoy studying botany," I stated with a small shrug. "I enjoy learning about and studying flowers and plants. There're some fieldtrip opportunities for that... but none that I've gone on." I sighed. "If it's not that, I like studying animals. I'm more into biology, which I guess Fossils are kind of related to, but it's not completely interesting. So, I don't mind studying fossils, but I just think the choice in trip is boring." he sighed. "Sorry to bore you with my talk..." I chuckled.

  Garrett pushed the door to the store open and held it, gesturing for Paradise to procede him through. "Well, I wondered if you might like to switch seats, and come sit with me. It'd be a lot more fun in we had someone to talk to." He stood back, waiting for her to choose her drink. "Unless, of course, you'd rather draw. Which I could completely understand. In that case, never mind." He rubbed the back of his head sheepishly.

  Aria laughed again. "Botany is cool. And probably would be much more useful in an extreme situation than religion. And you are not boring." She stepped in front of him, turned around and planted her hands on her hips, which, since she was only five feet tall, was not very intimidating. "Don't talk about yourself like that."

So don't think I'm ignoring. Same with our other rp, Night. My mom is picking up a new laptop for me today, so I could go back to normal and reply to all roleplays. Thanks for waiting. I won't be much longer -.- ]]

 My cheeks turned a dark red when I realized I had woken her.
"I'm sorry..."
I said with a quiet tone. Why couldn't I do anything right?
"I'm fine."
I also said with a grumble as I pulled myself up. When did I turn into such a klutz? I used to never fall like that.
"Annebelle? I'll call you Belle. Unless you like Anne better..."
I said, though I was talking more to myself. I tended to do that. No wonder weird expressions were toward me all the time...
"And, my name is Lancelot. But, you can just call me Lance. The 'lot' part isn't really popular around America - from what I noticed, at least."
I rolled my eyes after realizing I was babbling. I hesitantly walked toward her, and sat down next to her, hoping she wouldn't kick me off.

I smiled up at Garrett before walking inside the store. When was the last time a guy held the door open for me? I bit my lip as I looked back at Garrett.
"Actually, I'd love to sit next to you this time."
I said with one nod, before going to where the store kept the drinks. After a moment of looking, I found a diet root beer. I took it out of the fridge and looked back at Garrett.
"Ready."

I grinned and cleared up the area a bit to give the poor guy some more room. "Lance..." I tilted my head and thoguht about the name a lot. It wasn't very often you heard a name like Lancelot. "That's a nice name." I stated a bit thoughtfully, "And Belle is fine."

I looked his face over a bit, chuckling at how red it was at the moment. I sighed and looked out the window, glad to not be quite as lonely. I held my hands in my lap and looked down at them. I couldn't mess this up again. Everytime someone tried to talk to me, I always seemed to act weird and scare them off. I tried to think up some worthy topic to speak of, but maybe he would get annoyed if I talked so much. I sighed and looked up at him, hoping he wouldn't shout at me for speaking and possibly making a fool of myself.

"So... play any instruments?" I asked. Probably not... I played only three, and even begged to bring one along. Of course, with our teacher, of course it would end up being a "distraction". Instruments were somehow more interesting to me than education however...

I grinned awkwardly down at her. It was a bit strange to see her facing me in this way, since I was about a head taller than her. "Uh... Okay." I laughed, a tint of pink spreading across my cheeks. "So..." I hesitated, trying to man up for my next question. I'd probably look stupid saying it though. Most guys did in their state of embarras$ment before girls that they had interest in.

"Uh... Do you wanna..." I scratched the back of my head and averted my eyes from her, looking down at my fidgety feet, "Sit next to me for the rest of the trip?" I rushed out, tripping and stumbling over my words. Suddenly I'd wished I hadn't said anything. There was no way such a cool, nice girl would sit next to me... I hesitated. "But, if you don't want to, that's cool too." I hurried out. Words were falling out of my mouth like a waterfall. In a way, it was just annoying. I was annoying myself really... I couldn't seem to even talk right to a girl!
