Flintpaw awoke in his den, most of the Gathering's events somehow forgotten. He stumbled out, eyes half-closed, of the apprentice den. His paws dragged across the ground, as he went to have some fresh-kill to eat. Flintpaw looked down, bored, upon the fresh-kill. He pawed out a vole, and picked it up in his jaws. He then padded away, still pulling his paws behind him.

"Sounds good to me." Nightstar replied, then stood up, walking over to the medicine cat den. Skyshadow walked out of the warriors den, followed by Shadesky, Brightleaf, and Cherryspring. -FAIL- Cinderoaw poked her head out of the apprentices den. "What about me?" She asked.

Spoolpaw nodded. Her eyes glimmered. She would be a full medicene cat! When she was a kit, at first she wanted to be leader, but now, she felt being a medicene cat was the right thing to do.

Hawkstep yawned, and blinked in sunlight. He looked over the fresh-kill pile, and selected a small shrew. He really wasn't that hungry.

Crowheart purred. "Cinderpaw, Flintpaw, Hawkstep, Skyshadow and Hazelfur come into the clearing please." he said loudly. Hazelfur yawned. "What does that bossy fur-ball want now?" she growled quetly. "Well, go on, Bloodstar needs to know sooner or later." purred Nightcloud. |

"Okay!" Cinderpaw replied cheerfully, running up towards the deputy. Skyshadow padded over, waiting for the others. "Sparkfire?" Nightstar called out, stepping into the medicine cat den. "Are you awake yet?"

Flintpaw sunk his fangs into the vole's flesh. He tore at the meat, swallowing the pieces one by one. The fresh-kill satisfied him and awoke his senses, clearing his tiredness for a bit. The meat was juicy, and kind of warm. The meat was in every way nourishing. It quenched his hunger for the time being. Venomleaf walked outside of the warriors den. It had taken time for her to come back to warrior status, but now here she was. Venomleaf thought it felt good to be a warrior again, ready to risk her life for the Clan, and fighting and hunting. Her kits were apprentices and she was contented with that. Though she had gotten out of being a queen, she might end up there again. She'd never know.
