 dogheart stalked the forest looking for prey

Nightshade sniffed the air once more. This time the scent was more powerful, very close to her. She unsheathed her long, curved, black claws and her eyes glinted as she turned toward where the scent was coming from. She showed her sharp teeth and growled. She then jumped very high, a jump that only she could make, and landed on a rogue cat. She flaied her claws at the enemy's belly, and then jumped back a bit, her muscles showing as she stared at the cat. She then smelled two different scents coming from the opposite directions. On her left she saw Shadow, and on her right was Dogheart. What now, StarClan, did you send every single rogue near here to come and see me?

Nightshade flipped over onto her back, smushing Fox against the dirt floor. She quickly turned back around spitting with fury as she rammed into Fox.

Shadow saw a black form just up ahead and walked up to it until he saw Nightshade and another rogue frighting with each other. How many rogues are there?

Fox was not even surprised. She was shocked though to find that she was able to maintain a calm air. She jumped a few feet away behind Shadow and she stopped. She sat on her haunches and she began to clean her left paw. She would of spoken then if she had had a voice to speak with. She suddenly realized that she had remained silent through the whole fight, not making a single sound. The thought pleased her. In the future, it would allow her to sneak up on enemies and kill them without them knowing how or what had done it.

Wolf walked through the green leafy boughs. He sensed many cats through the land. He smiled with pleasure. SUddenly, he heard two cats fighting. One was only the age of an apprentice while the other was Nightshade. He sighed and ran towards the area, ignoring Shadow. "Nightshade!" He cried out, seeing her at last.

((oh sorry about that i always get loners and rogues confused!))

Nightshade stared at Fox like she was the craziest cat in the world. Now who would not speak during the whole battle, and then just stop fighting and lick their paws? She then turned her attention to Wolf who had just called out her name. "Wolf!" Nightshade and Shadow had said at the same time. "Where have you been?"

"And did you hear what Nightshade's gonna be tonight?"

Wolf shook his head. "I am not training her. I have been watching her though. Yes, yes Im blind, yet I still have sight. Ack. I'll explain it to you whe it is my time to visit Starclan one last time." He nodded towards Fox. "She is looking for a clan. Will you take her in as your own? Her father and mother cast her out." He said in a sad voice. He wasn't surprised though when he detected a trace of anger as well.

Fox stared at the old cat. He might of been old, but he was handsome and as sleek as a tom who had been working for his whole life. Fox nodded her head at Nightshade. 

Fox smiled at Nightshade and her eyes twinkled like the stars. Her face told it all.

Wolf smiled when he felt a radiance and a joy coming from Fox. "So Foxpaw now right? Eh. Im too old for this stuff." He said in a humor voice. Sorrow crept into his blind eyes. "My name used to be Wolfcaller until I became blind. Then I became a leader. But I had to leave my clan. I had rather be free in the wild than among those evil cat ever again." He said quietly to himself. He shook himself and licked his neck fur. "Never mind me. I have to finish my rounds. Good day Nightshade, Foxpaw, SHadow." He said with a dip of his head. He turned around and disappeared.]

((His old clan was Bloodclan. it was from a long time ago. )) 

Nightshade smiled back, happy to have a new apprentice. But how in the world would we be able to get answers out of her? You would only be able to ask 'yes' or 'no' questions! Oh well, she would figure that out later. "Yup, you were right. Foxpaw it is! And Come back sometime and visit Frost! She'll be happy to see you again!" Nightshade called out as Wolf disapeared into the forest. She sighed, knowing much work would need to be done after she became leader. Nightshade looked up at the sky; it was getting dark out. She turned to Shadow and said "You want to come with me to the Moonfall where I'm going to recieve my nine lives and become leader?" She asked Shadow. "Fox, you'll be coming with me no matter what, since I have to introduce you to the Clan."

"Alright, I guess I'll come with you. Do you think maybe I'd be able to see StarClan if I tried? I want to see if I'm really meant to be in the Clans or not."

"I'm sure you would. Just follow your heart." Nightshade said as she started running toward the Moonfall, with Shadow on her left side and Fox on her right.

((Sorry I have been gone. I left for a day and had no access to a computer))

Frostwing got up when Shadesky and her had finished their hare, she got up and said, "I think I will go on a walk around the border.... By myself. The air and scents always clear my mind so I can think." She left the camp, the sunlight hitting her fur to give her a slight glow, like a small halo around her snow white body. Her blue eyes glistened brightly. She was going to find Shadow and talk to him, find out what happened with Wolf after she left. She never meant to just up and disappear like she had, but Wolf had always talked to Clan life. What he said wasn't the happiest of things, but it made her curious. She wanted to see what it was like. She knew there were clans around them, so she started walking towards the camp. Nightshade must be a rouge and loner magnet, because she was the cat, a warrior back then, that found her. She told her tales of clan life and Frostwing wanted to join, to understand what Wolf said when he talked about them. She joined, but knew many cats were tense around her, because she was not clan-born. She had been so focused on showing them that she was as good, or better, as them, that she just left behind her friends. Once she started gaining some trust with some of the cats, she hadn't risked searching for Shadow, or Wolf. But now that Nightshade, soon to be Nightstar, was willing to risk visiting them, she decided she wouldn't rest until she found Wolf.... As she continued to walk, she ran into Nightshade, with a strange she-cat and Shadow following her. On their fur was the scent of Wolf.... She looked at Shadow and smiled, asking, "Wolf returned?"

"Yeah, you bet! But for some reason he only stayed to chat for a few minutes. But now we have a new apprentice! Her name is Fox, but she'll soon be Foxpaw! And I might join StormClan! But we're going to the Moonfall right now so Nightshade can get her nine lives, and I want to see if I can reach StarClan and if they'll tell me whether I'm meant to be a Clan cat or not!"

"Yeah, he came back!  He said he had been busy lately, but he dropped off Fox! She can't talk, but she's a decent fighter!"
