Wolf bit down hard on the branch, fighting to stay awake. He could feel the blood running down his leg like a swift stream. ~ Foxpaw heard Nightcloud and grabbed a bunch of cobwebs before heading towards them. She gave them to Nightcloud and watched her, just incase she needed help.

Nightcloud nodded thanks to the Stormclan apprentice and pressed them into Wolf's wound, with some marigold leaves for the pain that was growing next to her. "Okay Wolf, I'm finished, feel any better?" she said hopefully.

Wolf suddenly clamped down hard onto the stick. It broke like a twig in his mouth. He sat there, panting, the two halves of the thick branch next to him. ~ Foxpaw gazed at the branch. It was about the same size as Nightcloud and as thick as a tree trunk. How could he have broken that?

Nighcloud's eyes widened as she watched the stick. "It'll heal now Wolf, don't worry." she said, smoothing his neck fur with her tail as she padded up to Bloodstar. "What's taking Nightstar so long getting back?"

Wolf still panted, soothed slightly by Nightcloud's touch Who he really wanted though, was Frost. "Frost..." He sighed. ~ Foxpaw trotted up to Bloodstar and her fur began to rise. Her eyes flashed and she saw everything in a starry blue aura. Swiftstar. He didn't like Bloodstar. "Bloodstar." She said in his beautiful voice, a slight feral purr in it. Foxpaw wouldn't of been surprised if Bloodstar saw her as Swiftstar and not Foxpaw. Foxpaw realized that Swiftstar had given Bloodstar one of his lives.

(( Uhhh.... wow.... I would, but I missed A LOT as well. I just jumped in so I'll fill you in on what happened when I arrived. Wolf got a tracker shot into his thigh by humans and went raving mad. Nightcloud took it out, but in the process, Foxpaw and Nightstar got trackers in them as well. now they are at the gathering waiting for Nightstar. Oh and Swiftstar, a starclan cat that gave Bloodstar one of his nine lives, has entered Foxpaw so that she can survive the poison that the tracker had in it. ))

She felt her back arch as well and her fur fluffed up. "Just because I am in a different body does not mean I am not your elder and higher superior! Learn some respect or I might just take that one life away from you!" She heard herself hiss. She gently brushed Swiftstar's spirit with her mind. Be gentle. Ease up... She soothed him. She felt herself sigh. "I keeping this apprentice alive. the poison that entered her body is too great for her so I'm helping her. Plus, she's mine kin." She heard herself say. he spirit froze with surprise.

Bloodstar looked at Foxpaw. "I'm sorry for doubting you Swiftstar, but Nightcloud knows how to remove the poison from her system." he said, feeling strange as he bowed to the apprentice.

Foxpaw felt strange as well when she nodded her head. Suddenly, she felt something inside her freeze. She gasped and she was herself again. She clenched her eyes in pain and fell to the ground, her body convulsing. the poison had reached her heart. She became Swiftstar again. "Bloodstar! Save this apprentice or I swear by mine own lives that I'll send you down to the fiery pit of Hades if she dies!" She cried in a raspy voice that soon cut off.
