Ace wandered off to the gathering place though he still hung in the shadows.

Lynxpaw smiled. We're almost alike, she thought to herself. Then she noticed some eyes staring at her from the shadows. Lynxpaw poked Soulpaw with her paw. "Some rogue is here," she whispered to him.

Soulpaw bristled slightly. "A rogue?" he hissed. "I'll go scare him off."

Nightcloud couldn't find the tracker. "This is bad." she said, blood was splattering her muzzle. "It must be deep to the bone." she said.

Bloodstar growled. "So be it, but I'll be watching you. One little slip and your both gone." he warned.

 Snowpoint growled. "Fine. Die for all I care." she hissed, trotting away from the clearing.

Nightstar stared at Wolf, wondering what had gotten him so aggressive. Then her eyes turned to horrow as she heard Nightcloud talking to herself about not seeing it. Now she was afraid to die, and afriad to live. She was also unaware of the dizziness coming on from the loss of blood. If something wasn't done soon, a life would be lost. She looked back at Foxpaw, still seeing as she was still in the form of Swiftstar. Any suggestions? She thought suprisingly angered to Swiftstar.

As Frostwing walked out of the den, Shadesky heard the quietest scream, though it was probably a lot louder from whever the scream had come from. Walking up to Frostwing, he asked, "What exactly was happening at the Gathering. I just heard a yell, I think. Was Nightstar ok?"

((I don't want Shadowfang to sound that evil, but that would make a softer side to Jadewhisper. So I made a reason why he did that below))

Frostwing looked towards the gathering place and said, "Loners and rogues appeared. Shadowfang from Darkclan apparently fell in love with a loner named Leafpelt. He told Bloodstar he had to either let Leafpelt join Darkclan or let Shadowfang leave. Bloodstar let her join. Wolf and Nightstar got needles and trackers put on them by Twolegs. Nightcloud got Wolf's out and was getting Nightstar's out when I left. A kittypet appeared and started ordering Nightcloud how to remove them. Jadewhisper appeared again and an old friend of mine has apparently gone evil. You remember Foxheart? Well he's Foxtail now and close to Jadewhisper." Frostwing tried to show no emotion everytime she mentioned Wolf's name. She hoped she managed not to.

 Shadowfang nodded to Bloodstar, and draped his tail across Leafpelt's shoulders to lead her towards the camp. He p*censored*ed by where Foxtail and Jadwhisper were talking and caught that Jadewhisper was inoccent. He told Leafpelt the way to get to the camp, before walking through the bushes and saying, "You're inocent?" It was a simple question that he had been wanting to ask for moons. Shortly before she was banned out of the clan for treason, he had been attacked by a couple of stray dogs. He had lost his memory of the previous year, but remembered everything else. Which meant he had forgotten what she had told him about trying to find the secrets of Stormclan. He always knew that Jadewhisper had been sly, cruel, and devious. So the fact that she might have betrayed her clan was something Shadowfang could accept. Why hadn't she told him when she knew he lost his memory? If he knew he would've stood up for her. But how can he stand up for something he didn't believe? His hard amber eyes softened. Would he maybe get the sister he loved back tonight?

Foxtail jumped up, starting to snarl, but decided that this was something that needed to be sorted out between Jadewhisper and Shadowfang by themselves. He laid down next to Jadewhisper, only closer so their fur pressed together, to let her know that he might not say something now, but he was there for her.

Alarm shot through Shadesky. How are you so calm about this! Why aren't you running back up there to help your newly named leader?!?!?! He thought angerily to Frostwing. "WHAT!?!" This was his and Skyshadow's mother they were talking about! If she died, Frostwing would be leader and she's barely been deputy!

Skyshadow heard Shadesky and padded slowly out of the den. "What's going on?"

Jadewhisper stood up. "I've been innocent Shadowfang, you never took the time to listen." she growled. She walked over to her brother slowly, she always was the only cat who could ever keep eye contact with him without flinching, other than Bloodtstar.

"Finally!" said Nightcloud. Her eyes lit up and she yanked the tracker off of her bone and stuffed the woung with healing herbs, covering it with cobweb. "Feeling any better?" she asked Nightstar.

Shadowfang smiled, dipping and said, "Yes. But he only let me have her because he didn't want to lose me. Leafpelt will leave if I do. Would Bloodstar want to either let you back, or lose me, Leafpelt, and mostly likely Foxtail as well? Gain one or lose three? And you have already proven you are a true warrior by becoming one in the clan.

Shadowfang smiled and led the way back to the clearing with Bloodstar.

Foxtail got up and said, "I knew you could do it babe!"
