Jaystar woke up in his den, feeling light-headed from his dream. He got up to go tell Oceanstreak about his dream. Streampool woke up and heard Runningbrook sneeze. She yawned and padded out of the den. Lemonwing sat in the camp clearing, thinking of what she could do to occupy herself.

Runningbrook grabbed a rabbit. She slid it over to Streampool. As she got down she was thinking of something that pressured her, something that rang in her head for endless moons. "You Wouldn't want to lose such a valuble playtoy." the words wore like nighmares into her pelt. |

Streampool took a bite of teh rabbit, and meowed her thanks to Runningbrook for grabbing it. Streampool took one more bite, and slid it back to Runningbrook to have. She looked at her, and thought something looked like it was bothering her.

"When I was a kit, me and my mother Morningmist used to play with mossballs alot. One day, there was a dark mottled warrior. He was in our clan, but I don't know who, he caught it before me and told my mother, 'You Wouldn't to lose such a Valuble playtoy.' It haunted me for moons. It's just pressuring me right now." she said. Runningbrook took some bites out of the rabbit as she started to groom herself. |
