Then she sees the similarity between her and Rainheart, and after a while, says that Rainheart is her daughter. Rainheart then goes defensive and gets all. "No, my mother died." then Soul does something that she did to rainheart in her kithood and blah.]]

They can hunt, I've seen some evidence when Willowleaf took me on a hunting mission.' ~ Willowpaw scowled at Daypaw. 'Watch it,' she growled, the fur rising along her shoulders. 'Foxes are wily and much stronger, larger and faster than we are. Imagine the strength of a dog with the swiftness of a cat. And they hunt or scavenge, whichever. It's not something to joke about.' Turning to Quailpaw she gave him an apologetic look. 'Foxes can kill warriors. My father was one and he was killed by a fox. But if you're careful you can usually escape. They don't climb.' ~ Stormfang sighed and padded up to the apprentices. 'Daypaw,' he told his apprentice sternly. 'Foxes are nothing to laugh about, but Willowpaw, there was no need to snap at Daypaw. Apologize to eachother and then we can turn our attention to the task on hand.' ~ |

Daypaw rolled her eyes when no cat was looking. "Yes, I'm sorry, Willowpaw, for saying what I believe in foxes." She said in a slightly sarcastic voice. 'Of course, noble Willowpaw. I'll only follow what you say when your name becomes Willowstar.' Daypaw thought, looking at the apprentices, then back a mentor, and got up to start padding away without waiting for Willowpaw's apology. 'I just want my rock.' She thought, sighing. [[Bmp. 'I may not be a senior warrior but I do want to protect it. At least I've been in a fox attack. Maybe my knowledge might save your life, which is all I want to do. I'd hate for any cat to die by a fox!' ~ Stormfang sighed and shook his head. 'Willowpaw, Daypaw, please say sorry to each other now. 'And no 'buts'.' Otherwise I'll make you clean out the elder's bedding and look for their ticks for a moon.' He glared at each apprentice sternly. |

Daypaw couldn't hear Willowpaw jabbering, just watched with an interested ex
pression as the she-cat's jaws went up and down. The only thing she heard was the order from Stormfang to apologize, again. "I already apologized, Stormfang." Daypaw called. "Sorry again." She said flatly, then rolled over onto her back to look at the sky. [[:p]] |
