Rion's eyes widened and ears perked as soon as Raze jumped off the roof, and he followed her, making sure to land so that his knees would absorb the shock of the fall. "Hold on, Raze!" he exclaimed, hurrying to her side. "I'm going to follow you... I still have to, so." He sighed.

Raze ducked into anoter alleyway and skidded to a stop. "Will Garrett trn me in?" She asked, her ears jerking around, listening to make sure no one else was following them.

"Blaise probably has every one waiting for me..." She cursed under her breath... She knew she couldn't hide outside the whole time... And she also knew she didn't have much of a leg to stand on as far as places to hide went...

Rion thought about it. Well, he was a pretty nice person. Garrett seemed almost gentle-natured, and definitely patient. So, maybe not? "I'm not entirely sure," Rion said honestly, ears turning back. "But, I don't think so. Probably not."

"Oh, that's right." Rion thought aloud, and dug into his left pocket, finding his phone quickly. But, he kept an eye on Raze, and noticed her ex
pression. Was she panicking? I wonder if she's afraid to go back. he thought, and pulled the phone he'd been given out. Garrett's number was already programmed into his mind, for some reason, so he dialed it and waited for him to pick up.

"She cannot stay here... Normaly I'd let her, but Blaise has already sent slaves over... If I get caught hiding Raze here, I go to jail and loose you guys." Garrett said as soon as he picked up. His voice was a winded whisper. He sounded sad, but firm non-the-less.

Raze shook her head and cursed under her breath. She had heard what garrett has said, and as soon as she did, she durned around and kicked the brick wall next to her several times... Leaving several cracks in the bricks on the fourth or fith kick.
After taking a small bit of frustration out on the wall, she began pacing the alleyway, trying to think of what to do. "I'm NOT going back there... Not until we are all equal..." She growled under her breath.

Garrett continued to wait on the line, shaking his head as he heard all the angry grunts and curses Raze was making.

Rion cleared his throat, even though it had tightened. He did care... "Then, she can hide somewhere else. We'll figure out where, and...well, we just won't tell you where she's hiding. So, that way, no one has anything to hold against you." he told Garrett, and he raised an eyebrow at Raze as he spoke. What an angry person she was. "Is that okay, master?"

"Find a way to tell me where... When the coast is clear, I'll come get both of you..." He replied. The slight laugh in his voice was there even though he was trying very hard to be serious... Raze always made him laugh... She was wound so tight that the smallest thing set her off... Granted, the reason behind it wasn't so funny...

Raze glared at the phone. "STOP. LAUGHING. AT. ME!!!!!" She growled and tightend her firsts.

With that, Garrett laughed slightly and sounded light he was about to make a joke until there was a loud THUD on his end of the line, and Blaise's voice screaming in the background. As soon as she came in, he ended the call.

"*censored*ing humans! They're always laughing... Snickering, behind your back... Laughing while you're an inch from death... Always making jokes about how dumb you are..." She spat angerly, her clenched fists shaking with anger.

Rion furrowed his brow. Was Garrett laughing? Laughing at the situation, or what? he thought, and flinched when Raze shouted practically into his ear. Holy crap, she had a loud voice! "Very well, master," he said, pulling the words out of his list of ways to respond to a master. When the call was ended, he put the phone back into his pocket.

"Calm down, Raze..." Rion told her, frowning. "He's helping us. Shouldn't you be glad for that?" he asked, his frown turning to a scowl.
