An unnamed evil team has developed a machine that can turn any Pokemon they so desire into a Burst Heart for their own usage. They are currently out to transform particularly powerful Pokemon into them, with the ultimate goal of trapping Legendary Pokemon into Burst Hearts for their mysterious leader. Worst of all, the legendary Giratina has already been transformed into a Burst Heart, and is being used by the evil leader's second-in-command.

If a Burst Heart's crystalline exterior is shattered, the Pokemon inside it will be set free. But can those who wish to use the Burst Hearts for good purposes stop the power-hungry evil team?

Ok, standard RP rules apply here (respect others, be as literate as possible, etc). Up to two characters per person, with one Burst Heart per character. Burst Heart Pokemon can be any Pokemon you so wish, including shinies, but cannot be a Legendary Pokemon (by the way, I won't be counting Phione as a Legendary Pokemon). A bit of romance and violence encouraged, too. :3 Oh, and one more thing...Burst Heart Pokemon do not take up space in your party.

Burst Heart Pokemon: Luxray

Looks (Normal): An extremely good-looking guy indeed; he's 6 feet tall with a muscular and athletic build (and yes, for those who are interested, he has six-pack abs ;3), lightly tanned skin and bright blue eyes. His hair is medium-length and black, kept in a somewhat messy yet cool and modern style. He wears fashionable and somewhat expensive clothing; a black leather jacket with gold and blue highlights to it, a blue t-shirt, dark denim jeans and boots reminiscent of the colour scheme of a Luxray's legs (as is, indeed, the rest of his clothing). He has the bad-boy kind of look about him.

Looks (Burst Form): In this form Ryder gains the same eye-colour of a Luxray, a Luxray's ears and tail, clawed hands and sharp teeth. Other than that, his looks remain the same.

Personality: Ryder has the typical bad-boy look, and is happy for strangers to think that he's an all-around tough guy, sometimes even kidding himself into thinking that he is a tough guy, but in reality he is anything but. He's terrified of heights, almost too fashion-conscious for his own good, and has an absolute obsession with all things cute or beautiful. As such, he's particularly fond of adorable or particularly pretty Pokemon (especially those of the Shinx evolution line - Shinx, Luxio and Luxray have a special place in his heart). He can have a fiery temper when something or someone he loves is insulted, or when a friend is in danger. In the latter circumstance, he can become remarkably brave and heroic. Ryder is a great and loyal friend, always there when you need him.

History: Ryder grew up in a very rich household, with his younger sister. They were treated to whatever they wanted whenever they wanted it, although they also learnt the value of modesty (more so for his younger sister, though...). The family had a pet Luxray that Ryder became particularly fond of, but one day Luxray was stolen from them, leaving Ryder devastated. To make up for it, he was given a pair of Shinx for his birthday - one shiny, one normal - which he quickly grew very attached too. After catching several more Pokemon and recieving a Pokemon Egg from his mother (which later hatched into the Eevee that would later become his Umbreon), he and his sister set out on a journey of their own. On this journey they were confronted by a gang who wanted to steal their Pokemon, but after defeating them the Burst Heart of Luxray was left behind...which Ryder eagerly claimed, as it was the Burst Heart of the same Pokemon stolen from him all that time ago.

Gender: Female

Burst Heart Pokemon: Espeon

Looks (normal): Akari is a very beautiful girl, with a slim figure, lightly tanned skin and height of 5'9''. She has eyes which are blue in colour, but look purple under some angles of light, and has blonde hair which fades into lilac at the ends which is about an inch short of being shoulder-length. She wears a strapless light-purple top and short-sleeved overtop that is slightly darker, fingerless purple gloves that reach past her elbows, a purple skirt and dark purple boots. Overall, she looks extremely attractive and feminine.

Looks (Burst Form): In this form Akari gains an Espeon's ears and tail, her eyes become a vivid violet colour, and she gains the red gem of an Espeon on her forehead. 

Personality: Akari can have quite a confusing personality at times, as she's prone to very quick and without-warning changes in her mood. As such, she's very unpredictable. Generally, though, she's a fairly quiet and reserved girl; she's not shy by any means, not in the slightest, she's just not too fond of crowds or of social interaction amongst those she doesn't already know (so I guess you could say she's a little antisocial). She can actually be a very sweet girl, though, if you win her trust. She's got a remarkable knack for empathy, easily being able to know the emotions of others, and is fiercely loyal to friends and family. She has a healthy sense of humour, and there are few things she likes more than a good laugh. She does, however, have a weakness (a pretty cute one at that) in that she's terrified  of the dark.

History: She and her brother (Ryder) grew up in a very rich and privileged household, getting what they wanted when they wanted it...though they both learnt the value of modesty (this was particularly true of Akari). Not only did the family have a pet Luxray, but they also had a pet Eevee, which evolved into Umbreon. Akari was fascinated by the evolutionary potential of Eevee. On her birthday, she was not given an Eevee, but given a Ralts, with the promise that she would have an Eevee soon enough. Nevertheless, Akari grew very attached to her new Pokemon, which became very strong and good for battling. Just before setting out on her journey with her brother, she was given a Pokemon Egg, which recently has hatched into a young Eevee, after Akari caught a Yanma, Mandibuzz and Lumineon, and traded a Treecko she had found back to the trainer who had lost it in exchange for a shiny Snivy. The Burst Heart of Espeon appeared mysteriously in her pocket after her Eevee hatched.

Burst Heart Pokemon: Shiny Umbreon

Looks (Normal):
Silver is about 6'1", tall for a female and fairly good looking with a skinny body and pale skin. However, she typically wears all black and blends in to the darkness, causing people to not see her that often. Her eyes seem to shine in the darkness as they are bright blue. Her hair, which hangs down to right above her shoulders, is pitch black with a single blue flower weaved into it; fake of course, because no real flower could survive that long without water. She carries with her, a small silver crescent on a necklace she was given by someone very special to her, she just can't remember who gave it to her.
Looks (Burst Form):
Silver stays the same size, but her fingernails form into sharp claws and her ears move up higher and become longer, rounder, and pointier. Her eyes form into slits and her nose seems to shrink in size a little. Her teeth also sharpen, especially her canines which become like little fangs. A tail that looks a lot like her ears, complete with the shiny blue rings, grows from her behind and blue rings appear on her shoulders, thighs and forehead. Her skin stays the same pale colour and her body is still humanoid in shape.

Personality:
Silver is a quiet girl, not very noticeable in a large crowd unless you are looking for her in particular. Her emotions seem to be locked in a box and they don't appear often. Her face normally has a distant look on it and she often seems to not be looking at anything, just thinking. It can take a while to get her out of this trance-like state. It happens most often in the day. In the night time, Silver seems to just disappear. She is very focused and tends to leave wherever she is and travel somewhere else, even if she is with people. However, come day time, she sleeps a lot so it is very easy to catch up to her. She doesn't make friends easily and when she does, she becomes fiercely protective of them.

History:
She really doesn't remember her past as she woke up one morning in the hospital. The doctor's told her there was a car crash that killed her parents, but she really can't remember, so she doesn't really believe that story. Despite this, she continues on with her life as if nothing was wrong, her family had never been good to her anyway. She doesn't remember how she got the burst heart of a shiny umbreon, but she believes it may have something to do with before the crash.
