"Kole won't hurt you. I'm Rain," Rain said, smiling. "I can tell you guys are different. Tell me, what are you. You seem to be a bit like me," Rain said, a pair of red zenerix ears starting to sprout from his head.

Zane's eyes widened. It was him. It was him. She narrowed her eyes in disgust. "Look who's back from running away. Without us." She got up from her place, leaving Falic, and climbed the building at the end of the alley. She nimbly lept from window to window and reached the top. She turned around, glowering at Rain over her shoulder, before disappearing out of view onto the roof. She was getting away from that traitor.

"Same Zane, as usual," Rain said, shaking his head.

Falic scowled at the boy, "Falic, Zaphao.." A spark came out of his mouth as he said that and he jumped onto a building wall, that was flat, pretty high and grabbed the top and pulled himself up. "Zane? I can tell you don't like that dude. I've seen him before..." He said and stopping a few feet away from her, not wanting to set off her nerve or anything.

Luna looked up at the guy, she got closer to Taku at the sight. She had been scared of anything dog related, because a dog had killed her baby Aukira... And she was a Aukira in a way. "I'm Luna... A-Aurkia." She spoke up.

"Nice to meet you, Paig." Rain looked at her hand and winced. "That's a pretty nasty cut you have there. I have a place that you can all stay. It's warmer there." He smiled and ran a hand through his ginger colored hair. "Luna, don't be afraid of Kole. He's fostered many aukiras in the past." He turned to all of them. "I am also a foster home for stray creatu."

Zane clenched her teeth and turned to face Falic. "Do you know who that guy is?" She looked down, afraid of unleashing her anger on Falic. "He used to be my best friend. My only friend. That is, until he betrayed me." A small tear ran down her face at the memory that she remembered. "We planned to escape. Together. And then, the scientists let him out to exercise one day. He bolted, forgetting all about me. I was stuck in that cage for another year before we escaped."

Falic's mouth twitched a bit then turned into a frown, he came up to her and with his thumb he whiped the ear mark away. "Well, he missed out." He didn't smile, he didn't feel like it.

Luna looked at the dog and sort of smiled. She went up to him carefully and pet his neck, she smiled fully and scratched the dog behind the ear.

Rain shook Abigail's hand. Kole leaned into Luna and walked around her legs, his tail brushing against her calf muscles. "So, do you guys want to stay at my place?"

Zane smiled weakly and laughed. Then, it hit her. Falic liked her. She was so oblivious until now! "Falic..." She still didn't look at him. She wrapped her arms around him and said, "Thanks," in his ear. She pulled away and sniffed. "I'm sorry for the trouble I've caused you."

"A warm place would be nice" havn't had a warm place to sleep in ages. She took her dagger out of her pocket and looked at it. She turned it around in her hands for a moment. She cracked her knuckles absentmindedly.

Falic blushed a bit and smiled, "Naw, it's fine. Now c'mon, you can just ignore that guy. Anyway like I said it's his miss." He smiled and put his hand on her shoulder, and turned the direction of the other's. 

Luna giggled a bit and wrapped her arms around the dog's stomach and hugged it gently then pulled away, "Kole... Is that right? Well Kole is cute!" She smiled and looked at Rain and nodded quickly, "We would love that!" She walked over to Taku and grabbed his hand and pulled him up gently.

Abigail blushed a little and waved at him. She looked down. "Rain, is it? Cool," she said. She glanced at Kole warily.

Taku blinked and felt his cheeks go pink. "Uhmm, yeah, Rain! That would rock," he said, not refusing to look away from Luna's hand.

Zane smiled. She laughed a bit more and sat down. "I'm gonna sleep on the roof. Screw Rain. I could care less about him anymore. I'll get back at him later." She sat down and crossed her legs.

Kole followed Luna over to where Taku was at. He licked Taku's knee and turned to Rain, his master. "Great! I warn you guys, I have a lot of creatu in there. Like I said before, I take care of stray creatu." Rain laughed lightly and rubbed the back of his head.

Paig stood up, "then I guess to Rain's it is" she slid her dagger in her pocket. She took her hands and tried to get some of the gunk that was on the wall out of her hair. It didn't gross her out much it just felt weird and she hated that. Eventually she combed most of it out but kept fidgeting with it her hair still feeling grimmy.

Taku laughed and ruffled Kole's fur. "Hey, boy! How are 'ya?" He looked up and at Rain. "Oh, we don't mind," he replied.

Abigail looked at her dirt pile and began drawing Kole with amazing detail. She studied her drawing carefully before looking back at Kole to see if she had missed anything.
