Kyaan stood at the corner between the new hair-cut place they just put in and the floral shop, where he suprisingly worked. He had just closed up shop, it was almost 9. There was really nobody out in the small town, not that there would be any out anyways. There was nothing to do in the town in the first place!

The boy was about to put on his headphones, but paused when he heard a deep, scruffy voice say, "Say, kid. Can you tell me how to get to... Gena's Floral Shop?"

"Dude, learn how to read." Kyaan said, obviously irrateted. He didn't even turn around to answer the man's question. "It's right there. We just closed up shop though. Try tomorrow. The hotel is about 3 blocks East, if you need a place to stay." Kyaan scoffed and shook his head. He finally turned to see about 4 people, much larger than he, smirking at him. "What in the he-" The boy was cut off as the large men grabbed him. "HELP!!! HEL-" It wasn't a moment later that the largest one cut-off his yell by covering his mouth with a burly hand.

"Now boy, I hope you won't give us much trouble," The man growled as he ripped a peice of duck-tape off the roll. He played it roughly on Kyaan's mouth, not bothering about the boy's pain tolerance. He whistled and one of the other's came with two rope parts. "Tie him up; throw him in the back when you're done. I'll be waiting in the driver's seat."

Kyaan tried to scream through the tape, but failed. His eyes widened as watched the men tie him up. He again tried to scream once more when a black cloth of some sort went over his eyes. He felt the people pick him up, then angrily drop him into the truck.

Kachina had been walking for a few minutes. She faintly heard the scuffle down the street but paid no attention to it, preferring to keep the walk home from work short and sweet. When a car squeeled around the corner and three huge men jumped out of it, wiht one still in the drivers side. Kachina kept walking.

One of the men caught her wrist in his large hand and pulled her back, wrapping his other arm over her mouth so she couldn't scream. She bit at his arm, only to find a slap across her face.

Kachina fell limp in defeat as she was tied, silenced with tape, and blindfolded. She was then set into the car's trunk. She wiggled the blindfold off her eyes. She caught a glimpse of another person, a boy, in the trunk with her, before the trunk closed and shut them in darkness.

She wiggled her hand and pulled a pocket knife from her pocket. She always kept one there. Flipping the blade out, she felt a sharp pain across her palm but ignore it and snapped the ropes around her wrists. She then unbound herself and reach over to the boy, snapping his bounds and blindfolds. She then snatched the ducktape from her own mouth, leaving the boy to himself.

Volando stood beside his favorite tree in the small park. It was near the edge of the road but it had a great view all the same. He stared blankly into the darkening sky, shadows beginning to surround him. Flipping open his cell phone he sighed as he looked at the time. It was 9:05. He had to get home.

He turned around and stopped short, eyes widening. He didn't even hear the approach of the car let alone the two large men standing behind them. One reached out to grab his arm, Volo had to think quick. He slid his feet to his right, grabing the man's arm. Then he swiveled his hip to come into contact with his opponents. With all his might, Volo managed to throw his attacker. "Those karate clas.ses really are starting to pay off." He murmered to himself and momentarily forgetting the other man. He came from behind and wrapped his arms around small, little Volo in a bear hug. Squirming around, he let out a little yelp as his feet were lifted off the ground. The man who had a hold of Volo called for some help, another man coming and binding his hands and feet. They dumped him into the back of a truck before helping their fallen comrade. What felt like it could have taken an hour was all in the matter of seconds and even sooner they were driving off to some unknown destination.
