Sasha, who had left a few minuts before, walked out of the tack room, putting her phone in her pocket, "I just talked to your dad girls." She said saddly.
Natalie and Teri looked at her, "And?" They asked together.
"He said there`s no use. The chances of a horse recovering from a broken leg or ankle is so slight. Your father wants us to put him down." She said looking from Teri, to Natalie, to Eddie, then to Hatami. |

"Eddie, there are so many sicknesses a horse can get from a broken leg or ankle. Horses need to have their hooves down for the blood to flow correctly in their legs. They can recover but can sometimes take months." Hatami said saddly, looking over at Eddie.
Natalie and Teri nodded and walked out of the barn.
After they were gone Sasha looked back at Eddie, "My brother doesn`t understand the connection with a horse. He cares about them, but when they have an injury like this and they can`t be used to show, he deems them useless." She said looking at Roy them back at Eddie, "He either puts them down or sells them(hint hint)." |
