[Back~] Nalik didn't say anything either; he merely kissed her again. He pulled back and sighed softly. "Two trained as.as.sins," he chuckled. "If we're not careful we could get killed." Screw trying to go against his nature now. Here was Kiri, loving him even though he was outwardly cold, and he was unsure at first. How stupid could he get?

((WWWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!)) Kiri sat motionless, suprised that Nalik had kissed her back. This was what she had been waiting for, the chance to kiss the only guy she had ever really liked and here he was kissing her back. She overcame her suprise in seconds leaning forward to get closer to him. He seemed hesitant at first but the feeling dissapated as the kiss went on. Finally Kiri broke for air, regretfully moving away. Blushing she touched her lips. "We should probably head back now." she said, her voice quivering. "We still have work to do on the as.sas.sin case. We have to crack this before they get to us again." She stood slowly, savoring the last seconds of this perfect moment before reaching for Nalik's hand. |

((yes people coming back! :D)) Morana yawned, she was growing tired after the long night...why? She had no idea...shes only been up for the past 80 hours. Usually she could go for more. But her eyes were dropping and she laid on the floor, pulling a blanket from her bag, she closed her eyes, and went to sleep...naturally a dagger concealed in her garments.

A few hours later they arrived at the appartment. The key grated as it turned in the lock, even the small sound would gaurente that the room's resident as.sas.sins would be up and active. Probably armed.

Nalik walked into his apartment and sighed, thin tail twitching a little. He couldn't help but get the feeling that the next few days would be filled with nothing but work; he wished he'd been able to finally open up to Kiri a little earlier. Oh well, too late now. "You two didn't die while we were gone, did you?" he called.

Revin popped his head up from the couch. He smiled at Nalik, noting his missing clothes. "Should I ask?" He chuckled. Secretly, hidden by the view of the couch, he slipped the poison knife back into his pocket.

Nalik smiled and rolled his eyes. "I went swimming," he explained. He glanced at Kiri, wondering if she'd wanna blurt that they'd finally kissed, since it was his experience with girls that whenever something exciting happened they had to blurt it out.

Revin noticed the look, raised and eyebrow, and shrugged. "Hope it was a good swim." He said, lying back down. As soon as he was hidden from view, he clenched his teeth with pain. He let out a low and inaudible hiss escape his lips. "Nalik." he called. "In a few minutes, I'm called the head of he Corporation. I need some help with something. Hope you don't mind." He said quietly.

"Anything I can do?" Kiri asked coming over by the side of the couch. Suddenly her eyes brightened as she remembered someting. Reaching into her bag she removed three chocolate bars, mostly intact. Handing one to Revin and Nalik she explained. "Here, I felt bad about how I acted earlier so I decided to get you guys some chocolate. You know, chocolate, the universal solution, appology and medicine for the heart." she joked smiling as she looked around for Moranna. |

"The head of your corporation?" Nalik said, absently taking the chocolate. "Well, that's fine. I suppose." All he had to do was to make sure his address wasn't given out, there were many people who'd like to have his head. He looked down at the chocolate and smiled a bit. "Thanks."

Revin flinched as he moved and place his hand on his torso. "Nalik. He need's to come here. Today. Lest you loose your house entirely." Revin said through his teeth clenched. Pain flare din his torso and head and he lied back down, breathing slowly and trying to catch his breath.
