Mr.Mtgomery told some of the guys to go turn down the stage lights, so Jake and some his friends began walking up the electronics booth.

Solarus was watching a light on the stage. The boys kept on fooling around switching the lights on and on, but something was up. Then she saw it. One of the lights was about to fall onto a kid on the stage. "Oh my god." She said.

She asked, and without waiting for an answer, she followed after Damon. When she reached him, she grabbed his shoulder and turned him around. "What do you mean, I'm special? Aren't I just some crazed human that you try hard not to kill?"

Suddenly, Mr.Mtgomery ran onto the stage, pushing the kid out of the way. The light fell on him, and he lay still. Jake darted to the stage, pulling him out. Solarus called 911. Jake couldn't stop himself from crying.
