Ryo's ears flicked, hearing the word "catboy" and the name "Darius." He looked up at Darius, his ears flicking again. "Would you fall into a depression if I were to fall? And, uh, die?" He asked, tilting his head. Darius' smile faded.

"Of course I would, kitty." He said, scratching Ryo behind the ears. "You're one of my favourites, and you're the only one who ever really hangs out with me." Darius told him, setting his chin on top of Ryo's head.

"You're my friend." He murmured, lifting his head off Ryo's own head and wrapping both of his arms around him.

"A friend that you make-out with." Ryo muttered, crossing his arms. He felt something flick against his ears, but he knew it was Darius, obviously a little annoyed that Ryo didn't like it...Or did he?

Nathaniel couldn't help but smile. Darius was hugging the catboy, and he seemed to be enjoying it. If not for the fact that he was bisexual, he would be extremely creeped out, but he wasn't. In fact, he was wondering if both Darius and the catboy were single...

Nathan snapped him out of his thoughts, since he had groaned as Nathaniel's phone vibrated. "Who is it? Tell them to go away, Nath." Sighing, Nath looked at his phone, finding that he didn't know the number. He pressed "Ignore" on his phone, then set his head on it's side on the top of Nathan's head.

"I don't know who it was." Nathaniel murmured, closing his eyes for a moment before opening them again. "And the first three numbers aren't the usual area code."

"What were they?" Nathan asked.

"How should I know?"

"Check."

"No." Nathan laughed, but gave up. Nathaniel was pretty stubborn...

Charade skipped over to Darius. "Great preformance!" She chirped, at both him and Ryo, then stepped out into the middle of the ring. "Give it up for them, ladies and gentlemen!" The audience erupted in applause. She always acted casual with the audience, and it was pretty much the only time she was like this, well, except for around Ryo and Darius. "Well, I'm Charade. Mistress of magic, Flame Tamer, and Swordsperson." A smile crossed her mouth, making her face seem to glow. "For my first act, I'm going to need a few volunteers..."

Sofie shrunk back in her seat. She definatly didn't want to get picked, and plenty of other people were raising their hands. "Do you wanna be a volunteer?" Her voice was a whisper.

Darius raised his hand as well, snickering when he did so. "Pick me, pick me!" He laughed louder this time, and Ryo stared.

"Whats wrong with you?" He asked, his tail waving.

"Charade never lets me play with her. You do, but thats only 'cause you're my cat." At that, Darius pulled out a string with a black, puffy bow attached to it, waving it in Ryo's face. Ryo glared at it in irritation for a moment, then batted it slightly.

"Thats a good kitty!" Darius praised, waving the bow again. This time, Ryo meowed and caught it in between his hands, only to have it pulled out of his grasp.

"Hey!" Ryo exclaimed, attempting to snatch the bow back. Darius' hand flew back, then forward, making Ryo yowl as he tried to catch it. "Stop it!" He scratched Darius' cheek, but he didn't seem to mind. He continued to tease Ryo with the bow, laughing when Ryo caught it, only to have it pulled out again.

At the sound of Darius' laughter, Nathaniel head snapped to the right, watching him wave a black bow about in Ryo's face. He couldn't help but chuckle, his shoulders lifting up slightly. Nathan groaned, turning his head to look at what Nathaniel was looking at.

"Darius is playing with the catboy?" He asked, sitting upright.

"Yup." Nathaniel replied, tilting his head. "Cute, huh?"

"Yep." Nathan giggled, placing an arm on Nathaniel's shoulder.

"Get your arm off me." Nath growled, batting Nathan's arm away. "Its extremely annoying." Nathan laughed, saying nothing.

Charade smiled at Darius, skipping over to him to ruffle his hair playfully. "I can play with you later." She giggled, then turned pack to the crowd.

"Hm, no one wants to come? I'll just have to choose..." Her eyes quickly scanned the crowd. "You, you, you, and you." Charade pointed to Disk, Nathaniel, Evessence, and Colette. "Don't make me drag you out here." She smiled.

Darius frowned, reaching up to grab Charade's hand, but she left before he could. "Aww. Fail." He whined, crossing his arms. "She likes a random highschooler better than me." Ryo laughed, and Darius glared at him.

"Sorry," Ryo apologized, still laughing. "its just funny."

"You're cruel." Darius growled, his arms tightening around themselves.

"No, you are." Ryo stated, looking up at Darius with perked ears.

"Am I?" Darius asked, sounding confused. "I never would've guessed." He laughed, and Ryo growled quietly.

Nathaniel flinched. "Oooh! You got chosen! Go, go, go!" Nathan urged, pushing his brother.

"No, no, no." Nathaniel held onto Nathan's arm, making it difficult for Nathan to push him. "You look enough like me. You go instead." Nathan glared.

"No. You're the one who she picked. Now go!" Nathan shoved him, and Nathaniel was forced to step back. "Now!"

"Fine, fine!" Nathaniel stepped out of the crowd, ending up near Darius.

"I hate you." Darius hissed at Nathaniel.

"But you kissed me." Nathaniel blinked.

"Oh, yeah." Darius blinked as well. "Well, you can hate people that you've kissed." He said, staring at Nathaniel.

"True."

"Exactly. So I hate you." Nathaniel sighed.

"Whatever." He said, waving a hand at Darius.

Darius' arms uncrossed, falling to his sides. "Wait! I was just kidding! I don't hate you!" Nathaniel rolled his eyes, stepping towards Charade. Darius crossed his arms again with a huff. "But I do hate the world." Ryo laughed.
