Deion; She has long dark brown hair that falls about an inch or two below her waist. She usually wears her hair in a braid or in a ponytail, but sometimes lets it flow freely around her shoulders. She wears denim shorts and casual clothes.

 Oubastet purred as thin fingers comber through his soft silver fur and the sun beat against him warming his muscles. He closed his eyes and pointed his head up to the sky at Jamila scratched under his chin. Jamila smiled digging her feet into the sand. She looked at the ocean as the waves washed into the beach and then pulled back out to the wild water. She patted Oubastet on the head before standing up and walking towards the water. She walked into the water until the water was up to her ankles and watches as her feet sunk into the spft wet sand. "So, what do you think of all this water?" Jamila asked looking at Oubastet. She heard a loud meow come from the cat. "Yea, it isn't home but come on, you will get use to it." Jamila said smiling and patting the cat on the head.

 Ash took a bite from the eggs on his plate. He stared down at the rest of the food not that hungry. He got up and took the plate to the sink and left it there for him to take care of later. He walked towards the door and put on his shoes to go for a walk to the park or maybe the beach, both of them were close to his house but for some reason he felt like going to the park instead of the sandy beach. He walked out the door and headed in the dirrection of the park.

Molly patted the dirt around the base of her new sapling flat, leaning back on her heels. She smiled, pulling off one of her gardening gloves and pressed one finger against the rough bark of the baby tree. Closing her eyes, she concentrated on the baby sapling, imagining herself pouring life over it like water and sunlight on a summer evening. She could feel it change underneath her fingertips as she pressed her entire hand down... 

She opened here eyes, unsurprised when she saw the tree had shot up to a good seven feet tall. "We'll continue this tomorrow," she purred to the tree, as if it could hear her, and shoved her gloves in her back pocket. Just as she was about to wander home from the park she was in, she saw Ash, a boy who she recognized faintly from school, walk into the park. Blush racing across her cheeks, she brushed all the dirt off of herself and smoothed down her hair, hoping he would look at her. 

She never got noticed by anybody.

Jason surfaced, shaking out his black and white hair in a fashion not unlike a dog. Blinking the salty water out of his eyes, he glanced around him. He was a good ways out, much past the other people who crowded the beach on this warm summer day. He loved swimming further out, all alone; no squealing children, no screeching parents... Just the soft murmur of the waves. He could see a few people stretched out on the beach, a girl with her cat, and some more splashing around in the waves close to shore. He only shrugged, ducking under the surface again with a quick breath. 

 Ash put a happy smile on his face as he walked through the park. He looked around at the people and stopped as he came to Molly. He recognized the girl because he had seen her at school a few times but she didn't really know her name or who she was. He wondered if it would be weird if he walked over and said 'hi' to her but he decided to walk over to her anyways.

 Jamila rubbed Oubastet's neck before she walked away from the water and set the cat down. She walked along the beach with the cat following behind her. The silver tabbed walked towards the water and dipped one of his paws in it curiously. He jumped back and his fur rose up as he began to shake the water from his paw. Jamila giggled watching the cat limp on the other three paws as he walked after her. Jamila walked into the water again, this time going deeper in until she was waste deep. She leaned back, floating on her back and listened as Oubastet meowed and hurried into the water after her like if he was five feet away from her he would die.

Molly could have screamed out loud. Finally she could have a conversation with somebody. But, unfortunately, she had no clue how to actually talk to a guy. "Er-hi," she stuttered, shuffling her feet. She let a few strands of hair fall in front of her eyes, choosing to stare at the ground rather then fix it. Her cheeks grew warm again.

Jason surfaced again, this time closer to shore than last time. He saw a few people shriek and point at him, then calm down when they realized he wasn't a shark. Stupid tourists, he thought sourly, blinking his hazel eyes a few times. He watched as somebody's cat followed them into the water. How odd... He sucked in a lungful of air, then dived back underwater. 

 "Hi. I believe I have seen you around school...My name is Ash." Ash said not knowing what else to say. The girl seemed pretty nervous right now and the made him a little nervous. He ran a hand through his blond hair and looked around.

 Jamila laughed picking up the cat as it bobbed up and down in the water. "You poor thing..." She teased swimming back to the beach. She grabbed her towel and wrapped that cat in it to dry off. She rubbed the towel against the fur until she thought the cat was dry enough and then unwrapped the towel. She smiled putting the half wet cat on her lap and began to pet it again as it shivered.

Sara walked out of her dorm quietly and saw something in the bushes. She slowly approached it. The 'something' moved and flew into the sky. "A bluebird..." she mumbled. She hadn't talked to anyone in a while and started to feel lonely.

Sara could hide herself well among regular humans, but she couldn't get mad at someone. She would cause them pain and they would call the police. If she did this she would have to go back into hiding like she had done for the past two months.

Sara walked past the school that she had attended during the fall and winter. She saw two people conversating and really wanted to join in, but she didn't want to interrupt. The messenger bag that she always carried slipped off her shoulder and fell to the ground. She quickly pulled it back up and tightened the strap. Her drawing book had fallen out and she spotted a drawing that she had created about a year ago. She had a 'moment' and then snapped out of it. She began walking again towards the downtown area.
