Snakepaw didn't move, even though the leader's blow had hit him hard and was making his head feel a little dizzy. She doesn't know how to handle an apprentice my size... he thought bitterly. Biting down on his tongue, he said nothing, but glared ahead of him with boiling green eyes.

Leafpaw arrived at camp a mess of tears. Her fur was wet from crying, and her eyes were red. She slowly walked back to the apprentice's den. I'm not stupid. I'm not hopeless... am I? she kept thinking. Am I?

(( Yes you can Alice. )) Limefeather only nodded, and bit down gently on the thorn with her front teeth. She pulled her head back gently, the thorn coming out smoothly with a little splurt of blood. She spit it into a burdock leaf. "There." ________ Snakepaw ground his teeth together, and started to pad into the forest, away from his leader and mentor. "I need a break," he spat angrily, tail flickering through the air.
