Haku's happy smile turned to a frown. "Rate girls? Who would do that?" He said. "Its completly....I don't know what to call it. Only a retard would do that!" Well, it wasn't exactly a lie. One of the girls, a sepia otachie, hissed. "Haku would never do that!" She exclaimed. The other girls piped in. "Yeah, sicko!" While the girls were throwing a fit, he slithered away.

Skuii looked at Calyx dreamily, completely looking past the threatening eyes and the bared fangs. "H-..." He looked around, his fur fluffed out in fear. "Um, hello, Calyx," he said softly.

Kasii hummed and swung her purse again. She caught sight of Haku, the handsome silver Veram. "Oh, hi!" she sang, approaching him happily.

Knowls looked around. She pulled a sheet of paper from her pocket. "Huh," she said, clueless. "Where could it be...?"

Razi stretched, his shoulder muscles showing. He yawned and looked about, trying to find a friend or two of his. His hair once again fell over his eye, so this time he threw his head back to fix his bangs. "There we go," he said to himself, pleased.

Solaris rolled her eyes. She had the wrong idea about Haku, thinking that he was nice. "Some people can be so disgusting." she muttered to herself. If he was being honest, he wouldn't have stormed off like that. Probably. She took his angry words as a sickening lie. Solaris fluttered away from the other girls and scribbled a note on a scrap piece of paper. She turned back to where Haku had been, and shook her head in pity. Sol would get proof. Or she could just exploit her popularity and try to get as many others as she could to agree... No, that would be too mean. "You're too soft on those who don't treat you right, Solaris." one of the very popular students had told her. "I-I know..." she had replied weakly. Sol grabbed a few books from her locker, dumped them into her bag, and found her friends. At least I can trust them, Sol thought furiously.

Arid sighed wistfully, and placed the delicately written note to Jazz in his bag. Was there anyone who he could talk to? There, Skuii and Calyx stood. Better than one Creatu! He trotted over shyly. "Hello." he said to them. "Am I interrupting a conversation? I just wanted to talk to someone." Arid felt lame.

Knowls looked up, feeling completely lost. Suddenly, she spotted Solaris. Wish me luck, she thought to herself. Slowly, she approached the Creatu. "Um, excuse me?" she asked. "Can you tell me where I can find locker 253?" She showed Solaris the piece of paper. "I can't seem to find it," she confessed. Being new is embarras.sing.

Skuii looked up, half relieved and half mad that Arid was here. "Oh, hi. No, not at all," he said casually. He leaned against the wall again and stumbled, making a complete fool out of himself. Great. In front of Calyx, too!

Solaris turned to Knowls. "Oh hello. Locker 253? That would be... Right there, in the group beside the door to the left. "New, huh? What's your name? I'm Solaris." Sol was curious as to how the girl was new. Perhaps she had just moved to this area. "And my locker's right here-" She patted the locker in front of herself. "-If you need me."

Arid blinked. "Alright, good." He breathed a sigh of relief. "So uhh... What's up?" he asked. It was such a common, normal question that it was a habit of most to ask it sooner or later. Arid had that habit.

"I'm Knowls. And, uh, thanks," she said, approaching the locker and beginning to fiddle with it, setting combinations and what-not. She didn't know exactly what to say, so she waved to Sol and smiled at her.

Skuii blinked in amazement. It was almost like Arid didn't even notice that he stumbled. That was a good thing, he supposed. Immediatly, he got up. "I'm good," he replied truthfully.

Solaris smiled back, her kindest smile. She yanked out her schedule, crumpled for sitting at the bottom of her bag for so long. "I guess it's okay..." she muttered to herself. Would she fail at math again? Hopefully not. Sol gave a shudder, remembering her parents' horror. She had improved. I will not! she yelled to herself dutifully. She looked angry, and turned a lot of heads since she was glaring at her closed locker. Sol opened it a put in her hoodie. Her pink and black checkered tie swung back and forth as she struggled to shove magazines into the space.

Arid wasn't sure how to reply. But the good thing was that Skuii wasn't hurt. Though he did wonder, why would he be speaking to Calyx? She was to be feared. He took on a relisation face. Unless Skuii was borrowing something that only Calyx had, he liked her! Or were they friends? Arid didn't pay attention often enough. But the Ebilia wasn't easy to befriend... He was filled with doubts.
