Kylie looked at Chase surprised.
She had never seen him lose his temper before.
Kylie's eyes brightened as she suddenly got an idea.
" Hey! Why don't we just skip for the rest of the day? "
Kylie asked.
" I mean, we wouldn't have to put up with anymore crap for the day and I know I could use a break from school... How bout you? "
Kylie asked chase, tilting her head to one side.

He rubbed his arm nervously. He hadn't really skipped before, and he wasn't to keen on the subject. Maybe he would, if she really wanted to, and he could use a break from all of this talk about how he was out of her league. He was glad his best friend had warned him earlier. He would have lost every shred of sanity he had if he hadn't had any warning.

He opened the door for her. Luckily it was lunch, so no one would think t suspicious that they were leaving. Maybe they could have come down with a stomach virus and had to go home. That way they would have an excuse if they were caught.

He rubbed his arm. He still wasn't quite comfortable with the idea of skipping, but he had a reputation of honesty at school. If they were going to get in trouble, he could make an alibi for them.
