She had herd what he had said and smiled, a bit faintly, deciding not to use her powers, she let them continue on with their conversation as she walked passed them and sat on the bench about another ten feet away. She listened to what they were saying and took the offer the rong way.

Chase got out of Calculus with his dignity relatively intact, but his sanity crushed. he rubbed his temples as he remembered what had happened.
"So you went out with Kylie, huh?

"You're way out of her league. Why would you go out with her?"
It isn't really any of your business.
Chemistry had been a mess too.
Why would you go out with Kylie? You deserve someone way better, like that cheerleader chick, Kayla.

Kylie walked out of her class.
She was followed by two girls who looked to be quite popular.
" Come on Kylie, You deserve better than Chase. I'm sure Taylor would - "
She didn't get to finish as Kylie whirled around to face the two girls.
" Just GO AWAY! "
She growled.
The two girls snorted and walked away.
Kylie let out an exhausted sigh and fell backwards into the wall.
She leaned against the wall, rubbing her arms.
" What a bunch of creeps "
She muttered under her breath.

Spirit sighed and walked on. She walked to her locker, taking the long hallway, making sure she'd be late to return to gym class. She only walked the long hall way when she was depressed, and not wanting to talk to anyone. After arriving to the cafiteria, and down the hall to her locker, she stood their and shook her head. "Great..."

Chase walked down the hallway and saw Kylie. He stopped rubbing his temples and walked up to her.
You too, huh? The "way out of your league thing"?
"Hey Chase I need to talk to you about how you're going out with..."
He spun around on one of the guys in his history class.
Oh my gosh, SHUT UP! I am so fed up with everyone saying I'm out of her league! If anything, she is out of mine! So just shut up, and leave us alone!
The boy looked extremely shocked and walked off. He growled and looked back at Kylie, anger evident in his eyes.
