Thornpaw shook his head, saying, "No... I'm sure she's fine. She's our leader, and one of the best.... She'll be fine...." but his eyes kept searching for her striking white pelt.

Thornpaw nodded, silently thanking his possibly now leader and tore off to the border. He stood there, scenting the air, ground, and surrounding trees. Then wandered around the area for a while. His head finally shot up with watering eyes and ran back to Logan. "Logan!" He mewed as he saw the older cat's pelt, "The strongest scent of her's is flooded with the scent of a strange animal. It just ends at the border. She just vanished and then the other animal appeared!"

Oh my GOD!" Logan snarled, running with impossible speed to the scene of the crime. Why God why? Why did you have to take her? "Find someone. ANYONE who knows what this was. NOW!" He barked, ordering Thorn. |

Thornpaw nodded, then ran quickly back to camp, thorns, sticks, and stones tore at his pads, but he only ran faster. Tears flowed down his cheeks, whether it was from his pads, missing leader, or running in the wind, he didn't know and hadn't the time to find out. He saw Shadetear still in camp, and said, "Hurry! We think a strange animal has taken Ice at the Windclan border! We need someone who knows what it is! Logan's waiting there!" He stood there gasping for breath and his legs where shaking. He didn't know why but he knew he'd never been this scared in his life.

Logan paced. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, stop. Turn. Repeat. His mind was racing, his eyes glazed, in another world. All he could think of was her. Her. Her. Ice.

Pain... headache... Ice opened her eyes. "Where am I?" She wondered.... She opened her mouth, trying to catch a familiar scent. Instead she was flooded with a bird-like scent. "It must be huge..." she murmured, guessing by how much of its scent there was. She was layin on her side, so she tried to stand. Instantly pain shot through her sides. She looked and fear struck her core at the wounds she saw. There were claw marks down her ribs, but they were bigger and wider than any dog. Her mouth was dry and she needed water.... she fell down and glimsped a piece of the sky some where around her, then all was black.

Silverheart was now approaching the border...when a strange scent erupted. A thunderclan member, fused with... prey? no to large for prey... a bird of prey? both are a danger to my clan. she hissed angrilly in her thoughts. She knew thunderclan would be close by so she took caution, but had her claws out and her fur pricked at a warning to any thunderclan she came across. Her silver pelt shimmered in the specks of light under the forest canopy... she awaited in the brush right near the border, awaiting any intruders.

Logan growled pa.ssing the border, uncaring. He sniffed around, looking for any scent patterns of her and the mystery bird that had attacked his Ice.

Silverheart scensed Logan, she came out of the brush, "State your business." she hissed, not caring for her safety but for her clan that was some distance away. She wasnt sure if she had met the strange cat before or if the cat knew her, but she did know that he was a potential threat to her homeland and its members. The cat was some size larger then her, but she wouldnt back down if the cat were to attack, there was a reason why she was the leader of her clan. Her eyes were like venom and were unafraid, she just glared at the stranger with dagger eyes, her sharp claws scratching the hard earth floor.

Silverheart jumped in front of the cat..."my homeland, my clan, my rules...you seem a little inexperienced to be the leader of thunderclan." she growled, fury in her eyes..."whom is so important that you tresp*censored* onto my clan's territory in search?" she questioned, thinking that this cat was a rogue, surely no leader would be stupid enough to tresp*censored* onto a clan's territory without warning... knowing the clan would attack if the tresp*censored*er was spotted. As leader of windclan, she felt as if it was her responsibility to keep this cat as close to the border as possible. ((chance, sorry if silverheart offends logan or u :( srry my charrys can seem mean at times))

Silverheart rolled her eyes at the 'leader', she saw no reason to announce that she was leader of windclan, however she may get more respect... she shrugged off the thought, "and you wait until now to search for her? How loyal." she growled coldly... then the scent came back to her mind...so it was a thunderclan and a bird i smelled. However Silverheart believed that it was still suspicious that this cat was searching a week after the dissappearence...she didnt take her coldhearted eyes off the thunderclan member.

((yay more winds, lol :))) "And you think you have a right to tresp*censored* on our land?" she stated calmly but with a hint of coldheartedness ((not sure if thats a word...)). She didnt anwser the snarl...but just glared, she wasnt going to loose a clan member today, and without a deputy she would not lose her life either. "I give no sympathy for your loss, and would appreciate it if you stepped back over the border where you belong." she stated without emotion, as she sat calmly and awaited the trespas.ser's next move.
