Myth squirmed out of Leah's arms anxiously, walking over to her little brother, whom she realized then that he couldn't hear. She licked her brother's ear and whimpered.

Lanen laughed. "Boy, you gunna be spoiled." She looked at Leah and sighed, smirking. "I cant wait to tell them that I only knew their da for less than 48 hours."
"Thats what you think." Lanen said, narrowing her eyes, yet she couldnt keep a slight smile from showing up on her lips. She looked down at the three forms in her lap. "I cant think of a name for him. Something meaning raven, maybe. White raven, perhaps. Branwen." She laughed. "The people in my town always had names ready when their little ones were born."
"I can't believe it's only been about two days," Leah said, sighing happily. "I feel like I've known you all for my entire life. And I still can't believe that two of my best friends are...mutts!" She spat the word in mock-disgustedness, then laughed.

"Mutts..." Lanen said, tilting her head "Are very cool." She grinned and straightened up, careful not to disturb the sleepers. At that moment, Varian poked his head in, somehow managing to find them. He paled and blushed.
"Oh, gahl, Lan, dont you think you could put some clothes on?!" He turned and walked back out. Lanen frowned.
"Varian, Im your sister. Shuddup."
"But youre also a girl!"
"Oh, so now your sexist?" She was doing her best not to laugh.
