Ruko turned to look back at her and transformed back into a horse once he saw that the snow wasn't so bad and that he could easily run through it. He changed forms and the basket wrapepd around his torso easily. He began to run as fast as possible, not being able to wait to see his old friends and the villagers. He knew they'd be ecstatic to see Kitara as well. They would understand him because He could easiyl communicate with them.

Kitara shifted some in her sleep and awoke with a snort. She yawned and looked around blinking. Ruko where are we? She asked sleepily.

He swiveld his ear and concentrated. His super hearing heard the sound of her voice. there. he thought to himself. He turned slightly to the west and continued on at a break neck pace

"We are 5 miles outside of the Indian village. We'll be there shortly wihtout any disturbances. Maybe you should sleep some more."he spoke. Ruko could sense something wasn't right so he turned into a wolf mid run and broke into a dashing sprint that hardly anyone could keep up with.

Kitara nodded once and drifted off back to sleep. She quickly fell into a deep sleep again and started to breath deep and even.

 Soon Kitara. Soon I will have you in my grasps. You will not escape this time. I will kill off your entire family if it kills me. He promised himself, flying high above the clouds 

Ruko tapped the ground lighly as he ran, barely making any indents into the ground. He had to admit he was lgith on his feet. he pated himself for it but thanked the indians for help keeping him safe all this time. Just as he opened his eyes once more he passed the 3 mile left marker. He jumped for joy in his head but kept a calmer figure on the outside. He ran along the insides of the forest and soon began to blend in.

Ruko sniffed the wind and could practically smell the indian village. He knew that smell anywhere and knew the elders were preparing for his and Kitara's arrival. He wagged his tail a good bit and panted. He couldn't wait to arrive and show Kitara the village.

Ruko finally hit the 2 mile marker and sped up a bit more. He smiled as he saw all the little children from the fields follow him into the village. Ruko could feel Kit stir around. "You ok Kit? ", he asked. he wanted to make sure she was ok. He slowed down a bit, to let the children keep up with him as they yipped and yelled. He laughed a bit but to the children who couldn't understand his talking quite yet they heard bits of howling.

"We're 2 miles outside of the indian village. We'll be ther shortly I promise you.", he smiled speeding up just a tad bit. He finally hit the 1 mile marker. He suddenly stopped though in midstride. He turned around and sniffed the air. He had no idea what that smell was but it didn't seem friendly. He turned around and ran. He hit something that shocked him a bit and threw him backwards. "A barrier !?", he turned to the kids and they walked on through. He growled and they yelled and looked at him. He looked into their eyes and they ran to the village elder. Ruko scratched at the barrier but it shocked him once more. He growled more as the village elder came and let the barrier down for ruko. "Ruko...we didn't know my wise friend. Please come.", the elder spoke. He walked along side the elder and the elder patted his head. "Well done finding the young one my dear friend. You are a clever wolf",the elder laughed and looked at Kit. "so very special...", he chuckled.

Yeah ? I don't care....you don't jump my friends like that and continue to be friends with me. Go away.
