" dont get your drool all over it." he added. Calyx made a blank face. " uhh...." " go on." he said. " why cant you get it?" she snapped. "because im helping Taylor." he smiled evilishly. so she walked over to the meat and got ready to bite it. " hey hey hey dont get your drool all over it." he smirked.

Taylor shot Cloud a look as he wrapped his arms around her waist. "Don't be mean." She said to him. She stood up, feeling a lot better than yesterday, but still used Cloud for support.

She held onto Cloud tightly, feeling a wave of dizziness almost overwhelm her. she shook her head. "Come on. Let's go." She said and began to walk toward the fringe of trees.

"ok." he said as he got up and walked beside Taylor. He stayed close to her, just in case she fell, he would catch her. he looked up at a blue bird. " hey look." he pointed to the bird. " i like the blue." he smiled.the bird was blue with a yellow beak, and feet. It squaked before flying away.

"It was probably scared I would eat it." She grinned. She looked up at Cloud, trying to see if he was still mad at himself or even sad. She leaned against a tree and spread her wings out to make herself more comfortable. "Cloud, are you mad at me?" She asked and her hands found the raised scars on her cheeks that would always be there for the rest of her life.

Taylor saw sadness creep into his eyes. "No." She said sternly. "It was my choice. I decided to help and you weren't yourself. You are special, Cloud. You have a power just like I do." She said. "I saw you fighting it. You saved my life before, Cloud. It's not your fault." She hugged him closer.

Taylor flinched at the question. "I was kicked out of my home when I was little for being considered a freak. The only friend I had was Shadow and he was my guardian angel." She said and knew Cloud would have no idea what she was talking about. ((lol i wrote Zone instead of Cloud before XD))

She looked at Cloud's confused face. "Let me explain. Shadow is a wolf. When you said pet, he just came to my mind." She said. "I guess I like pets. I mean I don't mind animals, but I think that you should not force an animal to stay with you. It has to want to be with you." She shrugged, wondering why Cloud wanted to know that. Taylor's wolf ears twitched and she heard the rustling of leaves and the scratching of claws on a tree branch. She looked up, not knowing what kind of animal could make that type of sound. What she saw surprised her. It looked like a fox, but also a squirrel.
