((My gawd, D; I made this wonderful post, and then it was all like 'access denied!' on me. ))

Lynxpaw muttered something that sounded like "Mrughfiblot!" then padded to her mentor. "Yes, Minkclaw?"  Lynxpaw growled softly. She wished she was a real lynx, and her mentor was a real mink, then she wouldn't be bullied and prattled by him again. A few days ago, Lynxpaw had realised she'd been slowing her work-pace, and was way behind all the other apprentices. She promised herself she would catch up, and be way ahead of all the other apprentices once she was finished.

"Change of plans" Minkclaw said, looking down at his apprentice ruthlessly. "We're not battle training this morning, we're hunting. It'll have to wait until tomorrow" he said.

Gladestar let out a slight pur, but didn't say anything else. "Why don't you see if you can round up some cats for a patrol now, hm?" she said in a raspy purr, trotting back into her den. 

"Glad you made it," Fleetfoot meowed dryly. "Are you feeling up to joining us on our patrol?" Giving the apprentice a stern look he glanced down at Sleetpaw. "Are you ready as well? We'll be leaving now if we're all set." Flicking his whiskers with irritation he gave Minkclaw a slightly annoyed look, the kind that mentors shared between each other when struggling with a troublesome apprentice.

Bio Skelly:

Name: Quailkit [Quailpaw - Quailwing]

Age: 16 moons

Gender: She-cat

Clan: BurnClan

Position: Apprentice

Looks: A bit on the stocky side, Quailpaw has plenty of muscle and enough ability to use it well and tactfully in battle. Her fur is a deep honey-gold and her belly and muzzle are cream. Dazzling blue eyes take up most of her muzzle.

Personality: Short-tempered, but she's sweet most of the time, whenever she isn't being riled up or riling herself up. Often ashamed by her actions when she's feeling a bit iffy, Quailpaw tries to be extra helpful to make up for it.

History: Clanborn, but half-Clan too. Her mother is Fallingstream and her father was a long-gone warrior.

Name: Mosskit [Mosspaw - Mossheart]

Age: 27 moons

Gender: Tom

Clan: DrownClan

Position: Warrior

Looks: Mossheart is a dark, heavy-set tom with thick silver fur that glints with a greenish tinge at times. He has dark blue eyes that often seem like bottom-less pits.

Personality: A bit on the dry side, Mossheart doesn't take the day-to-day Clan life lightly and values honor far above whether or not you are still among the living. He is highly loyal and doesn't seem to share any ambitious tendencies.

History: Clanborn.

Mistdance poked her nose into every den in the camp. "Where is everyone?" She asked crankily. [[Sorry for short post, I don't know what to do with her and Skyslash :c ]]

SIlverpaw twitched her ears and narrowed her eyes. She surveyed her surroundings, then took off. Silverpaw bounded towards Demonsoul, darting towards his side and jabbing his flank with a sheathed paw.

[[Ah... Det, Sleetpaw was behind Fleetfoot the entire time, he only paused for a few moments to give his mentor a puzzled look.]] 

((Okay, I'm going to get rid of the gender balance thing, because there are more male warriors and more female apprentices, and all the aging thing is weird. Please though, try and keep the scale balanced more within clans, rather than focusing on it all at once. :)

Accepted  Det. :3 i'll add them now, and Then I'll make a few more charries for each clan. :) ))

Minkclaw licked his lips slightly, letting a hint of a smile in agreement. Apprentices. Everyone had to have one, but no one really wanted one. "We're going on the patrol with Fleetfoot and Sleetpaw," he paused. "Is anyone else going?" he asked.

"Oh Mistdance!" Hailtwist said, perking up from his darker mood. "I was hoping you'd wake up soon, Gladestar is increasing patrols on the Burnclan border, since we scented them a bit over the border, do you think you could come?" He scented the air slightly. "Maybe Skyslash could come too?" he added, catching some of his scent.

Silverpaw hissed and leapt up into the air again, this time landing on Demonsoul. "Got you!" She yowled out in triumph, batting at his head with her claws sheathed. [[Not powerplaying... I hope xD]]

Mistdance's ears pricked when she heard Hailtwist. "Oh, hullo, Hailtwist!" Mistdance mewed pleasantly. "Alright, I was just looking for a job, anyway. Let's go a fetch Skyslash." She started off towards where she last saw the black tom, pausing to wait for Hailtwist.

Demonsoul chuckled softly before tucking his left shoulder and rolling forward. once he was a short distance away, he leapt to his paws, "be careful." he said, "If you pounce ona cat and they decide to roll, you better be ready to leap out of the way so they dont fall on top of you if they roll, you could get pinned down that way." he told Silverpaw, flicking her ear lightly with his tail.

[[Yay :p I'm not very experienced with training/fight scenes, so yeah :p ]]

Silverpaw laughed. "Of course not!" She said. "I'll claw their ears off, at least until they yowl for mercy!" She twitched her tail in amusement at the thought. "Any new moves to learn today, Demonsoul?" She asked, sitting down and licking her paw.

"Nope." Demonsoul said, twitching his tail, "but I do want to reteach you and old lesson." He pounced at Silverpaw, trying to knock her over, "Never let your guard down." he teased. ((im sorry im failing so hard. i just woke up XD))
