"Really? I don't want to be a burden.",Shadow's voice was quiet as her head tilted and she heard her kits mumbling to each-other. "I think the other cats may think we're strange,do to our lack of tails and rabbit-like walks." She stood and revealed how long her back legs were and her lack of tail.
I\'m extremely sorry for my absence. I\'ve been very busy and was recently attacked by 3 dogs and am currently recovering.

"That won't change a thing about our clan. Sure, they might say things like 'No tail' or 'Rabbit cat' but I will shut them up. As long as I'm leader, they won't say a thing." Goldenstar purred.

Mist sat down and kept her eyes in the dead body. "Is anything going on in the clan?" She asked the looked at Reedkit. Mist then turned around to check that nobody was there, and nobody was.

Shadow smiled and said,"Good. I guess we could join your Clan,but I do have some issues with anger. If I hurt a member of your Clan I will apologize to you in advance." She then nudged her kits with her snout and got them to get to their feet and prepare to walk.

Mist noticed another cat (Shadow) and her two kits heading towards her. "Great, now she'll think I'm a murderer, especially with a dead body and blood all over me..." She mumbled and sighed looking at Shadow.

Going back to the camp, Goldenstar saw Misty in front a loner cat body.
"Shadow, wait here. This will just be a minute." Goldenstar said, stalking towards Misty. "Goldenstar, its not what you thing." Reedkit said, looking into her leader's eyes. " Reedkit, you and the others go back to the nursey and stay there until I call for a meeting." Goldenstar ordered, nudging Reedkit up. Nodding, Reedkit walked back to the nursey, her littermates following close behind. "Misty, go and bury this body. Once your done, go wash your paws at the river.Remeber to bring prey back before sunset, that is your first task." Goldenstar said. "Shadow" Goldenstar said, turning toward the other cat" you are aloud to sleep in my den tonight. I will make a meeting, but you wont have to come." |

"Yes." Mist said and bowed her head, and she walked over to a good place to bury the body taking the body with her. She dug a large hole and lay the body carefully inside, the Mist covered it up again. After that she ran towards the river and washed her paws, but licked the rest off her body. When Mist was clean she walked around being very sly, and caught the sent of a big, juicy, male hare. She stalked it for a bit, but then she darted towards it attempting to get a kill. Hares are very fast so she ran for a few minutes chasing it but eventually caught it. She picked up her well deserved meal and went back to the river washing her paws. Mist cleaned the rest of the blood off herself, then she picked up the hare and ran back. "I'm back!" Mist shouted and sat down. Seeing if she could see Goldenstar or Reedkit.

"Looks like the cat is back." a cat yowled.
"Ya know, you really make a good bird dummy." the cat is, purring with amusement.Soon Reedkit came out of the nursey. "Hay, she is not mousedung You better hope I don't tell Goldenstar about this. You'll be sorry if I do." Reedkit warned. The cat just hissed at her and pawed her away, but with a powerful swift paw. "Well, if you do, ya little runt, I'll give you nightmares for the rest of your cat life." The cat hissed again and pushed Reedkit onto her back. "You don't scare me." "You don't scare me either" Reedkit growled, biting the cat tail. |

Mist growled and put the hare down. "If you give Reedkit nightmares, I'll give you hell!" She said angrily. Mist pushed the cat off of Reedkit. "If you blame it, your'e named it. So go to your mouse dung family." Mist quickly added.

The cat growled at Misty and pounce on her, sinking his teeth into her neck.
" I hope you never become a warrior! You are a meaningless cat." The cat growled, sinking his teeth deeper into Misty's neck. "Stop, OrangeReed" Goldenstar growled, pushing OrangeReed off of Misty. "OrangeReed, don't come to our meeting if you are going to attack other cats." OrangeReed just nodded and went back to the warrior's den. "Misty, go to the medicine cat den, over there. Once she has put something on your neck, come and sit on the rock with me. Then I'll call the meeting." Goldenstar said, licking some of the blood off of Misty's neck. "Oh, and excuse OrangeReed's behavior." |

Mist growled at OrangeReed and scratched his eye in return and pushed him off with the help of Reedkit. "Thanks. That was a sudden jump, I hope his life is hell..." She said angrily and walked to the medicine den.

"You must be Misty. The name is Crow Scar. That is one bad bite. Let me put some cobweb on it and give you poppy seeds to make the pain go down." CrowScar said, taking some cobweb and lightly putting some on Misty's neck. "Here are some poppy seeds. Eat them and you'll feel better in no time."

Mist nodded and ate the poppy seeds. "Yes, Im Mist. Nice to meet you." She said kindly to CrowScar. Mist was very angry so did a soft growl, and tried to calm down.

"I know that your still mad at OrangeReed, but he is just very pouncable. Even as a kit, he would pounce on everything. Sometimes bite into it." CrowScar said, sitting down. "Btw you might want to hurry to the meeting before it's too late." CrowScar raised a paw toward the entrance of her den.

Outside the meds den, all the cats that were able to hunt for themselfs sat below the high rock. On top of that rock was Goldenstar.
" Cats of Wing clan, I come forth to announce that we have two new cats. Misty and a mother cat Shadow. We shall wish Star clan their safety and protection. "Goldenstar said , making a few cats murmur.
"Goldenstar, that two eye cat over there attacked OrangeReed. What else can she bring this clan, danger?" a random cat yeowled. Reedkit sat up and protested.
"First of all, Mist did not attack OrangeReed, OrangeReed attacked her first." Reedkit said, her littermates agreeing. " Mist is not a murderer." |

Mist nodded. "I'm not making excuses, OrangeReed was bullying Reedkit, so I decided to stand up for him. OrangeReed got angry and pounced on me, biting my neck and sinking his teeth in deeply. I scratched his stomach to get him off because that's the only thing I could reach." She said confidently to Goldenstar. Mist's bite was easy to see, so that was a sign of proof.

Shadow saw the cat and recognized him as an old enemy. The one who had killed her mate. She watched as he was carried off and nodded at the clan leader. "I thank you for your kindness. Come on,boys.",she said and then watched her kits race ahead,towards a pile of fresh kill. "Boys! That isn't ours!",she yelled and the two stopped and turned towards their mother as she hopped/walked over,slowly.
