Name - Rahga (ray-gah)
Age - 135, Young Adult (equivalent to a 25 year old human)
Gender - Physically genderless, uses she/her pronouns
Personality/History - Guarded and reclusive, Rahga was kicked out of her nest when she was but a hatchling, and she's had to fend for herself all of her life. Although guarded, she is sassy and rude and almost constantly annoyed. She's a brilliant hunter and a fantastic tracker, although she tends to lose her temper quite easily.
Other - She is the offspring of a Stormling and a Darkling, and as such can manipulate the more miserable types of weather that people generally associate with darkness (blizzards, tornadoes, tsunami's, thunder storms, floods, droughts etc.) with only mild control over the more pleasant types. She can also affect peoples emotions and the way they see life, but only for the negative (make a cheerful person seriously contemplate suicide, make a miserable dragon fly into an uncontrollable rage, etc.)

Shrill sat in silence as the group took this all in. Shrilll felt like breaking the awkward silence. "I never knew Icewings were real, I always thought they were a myth." Shrill said, sounding a bit to awkward for her own good. They still sat there confused on what the Icewings had said. "Anyone happen to have a plan?" Shrill offered, trying to get them to talk. It didn't work. Finally, Rahga spoke up and stated her opinion.
